I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with School of PE. I purchased a one-month subscription for the PE Mechanical Machine Design question bank, and I could not access the content for almost 10 days after payment. During that time, I emailed support several times and sent multiple messages through the chat system. None of my emails were answered, and the only chat reply I received was a brief note stating there was a technical issue.

Even after the issue was supposedly resolved, no one informed me, and I only discovered by accident that access had been activated. This level of communication and customer support is unacceptable for a service that charges premium fees.

To make things worse, the subscription was set to renew automatically, despite the fact that I received almost no support and lost a significant portion of the subscription period due to their technical problems.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend School of PE. Their customer support and system reliability need serious improvement.

Good day .. Trust issue

Good day ... to whom it may concern / to school of PE Admin ,
I would like to report an issue regarding the representatives who is response in the chat box named ( Ms.Aaliyah, and Mr. Brett, Mr. Brett unfortunately end the chat without appology instead his answers was challenging).
Prior to.today, last week, I reached out to them regarding my two books' orders, specifically inquiring about the contents of the binder.
Then I called past week on Thursday 4/24/2025, to inquire about the date in the website about the binder's order, which was confusing me and raise a concern plus question about the binder status because I am not seeing it changing, the representative then (different individual) was quite unhelpful, responding with a harsh tone that suggested I should not have asked my questions. Despite this, I chose to remain composed and move forward, which is unfortunately what I have come to expect from this institution.
Today Monday 4/28/2025, I followed up using the chat box provided, on the binder issue after noticing that the website had not been updated. I informed first Ms. Aaliyah that I had received the first of the two books (the workbook), and I inquired about the binder. Ms. Aaliyah, assured me that she would send the tracking number today.
However, upon checking the website, I saw that the status had not changed as anticipated. I returned to the chat box, where Mr. Brett showed and informed me that Ms.Aaliyah had mentioned the delay was due to the office's processing, and because the binder was not sent from a warehouse but from the office that's why I am not seeing changing in the status in the website.
I then asked Mr. Brett if Ms. Aaliyah said I should expect to receive the tracking number today, I asked when today at what time I would receive the tracking number, but Mr. Brett's response was dismissive, implying that I should not have inquired further, his answer was ((I don't have a time for your exactly. You will receive it tonight from Aaliyah soon as she drops it off at USPS)) .
This interaction left me feeling uneasy and diminished my confidence in their service.
I have paid for this service, and it seems that my inquiries are unwelcome, despite the outdated information on the website. Furthermore, rather than offering an apology, Mr. Brett responded in a condescending manner and closed the conversation. This raises concerns about the level of trust we can have in this institution and its representatives and whether we can expect to have our questions addressed appropriately. I have adhered to proper conduct and my inquiries were legitimate, given the lack of updated information available. Mr. Brett's rudeness and the abrupt end to our conversation are troubling.
I anticipated an apology and some reassurance. Shortly thereafter, I received an email containing a tracking number. My experience with various companies has shown that customer representatives typically do not conclude conversations abruptly. The account website was not updated and was quite confusing, which prompted my inquiry.
This situation has raised a significant concern regarding whom we should contact at the School of PE if we encounter any issues during the six-month course for which we have fully paid. I am beginning to doubt whether my account could be deactivated, especially if Mr. Brett acted without a sense of responsibility, treating us as if we were insignificant. This is a major concern.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a response from the professionals at the School of PE, assuring us that we can reach out to individuals who value their clients throughout this six-month course.
It is essential that we have access to friendly and approachable customer service representatives, rather than experiencing abrupt disconnections as I did with Mr. Brett, which reflects poorly on the School of PE and creates trust issues. Thank you ...

Don’t waste your money.

There is one instructor who taught most of the courses, and he was difficult to listen to. He made so many excessive noises in his microphone.
Several parts of presentations were missing.
I asked for a refund, they offered me next to nothing back and acted as if that was being gracious.
They don’t care if you succeed, they care about the money.

School of PE professed to have a high…

School of PE professed to have a high successful rate and backed it up with guarantee to take the class again with no additional cost. During this COVID time the PE test was cancelled twice during the 2020 time frame. School of PE was very understanding and always kept us students informed of what they were doing and how they were going to manage our studying. Their professors were very understanding and took every question and answered them to the best of their knowledge. I would highly recommend this school. I passed the first time I took the test. The instructors also seemed to bring knowledge on the PE exam with their opinions and suspected topics of interest to study.
