The company provided assurances that they were able to provide care for a child with ADHD. In reality they have one SEN support worker per session and she herself stated that if children need close arm support this can’t be garunteed as she can have lots of children at one time
To monitor. This resulted in an unhappy child and a lack of childcare despite my best planning. On discussion with other SEN parents several have been left without care mid way through. The reviews don’t reflect this so I am
Adding our experience for balance. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the way the company handled my child on the day they decided to withdraw care as they didn’t seek parental advice at all to help keep him safe.

My son has never been to a summer camp and was very nervous about joining. However, he loved his time with early explorers in Ipswich! There is a broad range of activities every day and different themes running throughout the week. He loved being able to swim every day, play and bake or make things. Staff were always very happy, polite and informed me of the day and how he was. I highly recommend School’s Out and will definitely be back again! 😊
My daughter attends the Ipswich activity camp and has been back numerous times as she really enjoys it. The leaders are friendly, helpful and profressional, especially Miss Traylor and Miss Leyer. Numerous activities across the week.

Our kids love going to schools out in Woodbridge. They run great activities for all ages - little explorers where my daughter has come home having made a fairy garden or she’s put together, various art and crafts which look brilliant. The slip and slide is always a highlight. My son who’s older does the adrenaline adventure and it cares really well for his sporting activities, craters for him being neurodiverse and he didn’t have to engage in any activity which he didn’t feel comfortable doing, they come home happy and buzzing to go again which is a major plus. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the longer hours such as before and after is helpful to for those of us having to juggle working with kids on summer holidays.

My 4 year old tried the camp for the first time during the Easter Holidays, i only signed her up for a few days as we had never tried it before and i was nervous. She never wanted to leave! She wanted us to send her everyday. Beaming isn't the word for her when we picked her up each time, she loved every second! The staff were lovely, they done so many things throughout the day and she came home with something each time. I will definitely be sending her again, she can't wait!

I have been so impressed by the care and attention of the staff at School’s Out camp Chelmsford. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the way they kept my daughter (diagnosed coeliac) safe during camp and reorganised the baking activity so she could still take part.
Both my daughters attended during half term and loved the activities!

My son joined schools out for the last 3 weeks in braintree and he got so excited every morning when he knew he was going, he wouldn't even say goodbye he'd just run in! When I picked him up he would be so excited to tell me about his day! He'd come home with things he had made on the day such as decorated biscuits and cakes. He had his last day yesterday and was sad that he had no more sessions. One happy boy 😀 I will also add one his first day they sent me via email an accident form where he had jumped off the bouncy castle and bumped his head, was very impressed with their efficiency!

My children have loved Schools Out! My oldest has been a few times and it was my youngest first experience this summer and they’ve loved it every time. So helpful for working single parents, especially with the funding available. Loads of different activities every day, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and definitely tires out the kiddos every day! Thank you to all the staff for looking after them!

Exhausting and exhilarating day of fun for my 9 year olds! Highly recommend. My boys went to Ipswich High School but have had a similarly fantastic time at Woodbridge over the past two Easter and Summer holidays.
