Would be my new favorite boots if I could get a pair of that fit properly

These boots are well made and would be a great buy... except- THEY AREN'T! The shoe sizes are NOT ACCURATE,
I don't mean a little too big or small. I wear an 8 maybe 8.5, for boots I always order a women's size 9.
I bought the first pair, and they came and were astronomically big.The return process is a little lengthy.So to ensure that I got the boots that I wanted in return, I just bought another pair in a half size smaller and sent the first ones back.
The 2nd pair arrived (8.5) and they are literally still a size too big. It baffles me how these could be labeled as my correct foot size.
You have a VERY SHORT WINDOW TO GET A REFUND APPROVED- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND USELESS AI CHATBOT TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
My refund is repeatedly denied, I DONT EVEN WANT CASH... JUST EXCHANGE.... THESE BOOTS ARE OVER $200. No luck thus far... if I have to I will dispute with my bank. It's a shame because I love the shoes made by this company, and I probably would be a long term customer if they could do good business!

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Ordered boots for a Christmas gift on November 14th and they just canceled my order on Friday with no explanation or apology!! I contacted them numerous times! Would definitely stay away from this brand - especially after reading the other reviews!

Product was never delivered.

I paid for a pair of shoes that were never delivered. Dealing with this company has been exhausting and extremely frustrating. Customer service is completely unorganized, every time I contacted them, I received a different excuse, and it became obvious that they have no real communication with the delivery services they use.
I exchanged more than 20 emails and made 5 phone calls, each with a waiting time of around 30 minutes, with absolutely no resolution. Instead of helping, they kept sending me in circles.
This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I do not recommend buying from this company. Here’s my last email to them.

“ Hello,
I have been attempting to resolve this issue with the delivery company without success. According to their information, a delivery was allegedly attempted on December 11. Since then, no accurate or verifiable updates have been provided regarding the status or location of my package.
This is unacceptable. I paid for this product and it has not been delivered. At this point, I need clear and accurate information immediately regarding where my package is and when it will be delivered.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will expect a full refund, as I have paid for an item that I have not received. I am no longer willing to accept vague responses or excuses.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a concrete resolution.”

Just horrible!

Just horrible!! I purchased a pair of rhinestone heels and the one heel is seriously defective as it turned and cracked inward on my wearing to an event. I caught myself from falling due and hurt my ankle with this defective heel on the shoe.
I’ve tried several times to reach out to Schutz customer service who lied and said they sent an email which I couldn’t find anywhere. I asked them to resend it. But got a email that they were closing the case. There’s no number to call to talk in person just email communications. I’m reporting to BBB and contacting fraudulent product agencies with my son’s law firm. I sent Schulz pictures of the defective heels to no avail!! Don’t buy their defective made shoes!!

They gave me a refund reimbursement to a fraudulent account and I’ve now reported their company and in the process of filing a law suit for my ankle for defective heel that broke on me as I was walking in November 2025.

Absolute worst customer service I have…

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. The only way to contact is via email in which I sent no less than seven emails with one response, which was totally not what I asked. I have no way of getting in contact with anyone. I’m not sure if anyone even checks the email. This is enough to make me never shop with them again. I sent my first email over two weeks ago just horrible service.

The worst

I seriously recommend everyone stay away from this brand and website. I don’t know what happened as of lately but it seems like they went from a decent trusted brand to almost like a scam. They use a delivery company from India that no one has ever heard of called Delivery Direct which completely loses your package and never provide a reason why or a solution. Schutz customer service isn’t any better, no one has answers. So many people are having the same issue as per their social media but they resort to hiding and deleting comments from people having the same issue: paid and bought and product only for it to either never be shipped or never receive it. There’s only one way to describe it and it’s a scam. Someone needs to investigate this level of fraudulence that they keep getting away with.

never received shoes I paid for

I ordered shoes, was charged and they never shipped. I have tried to contact the company via email, phone, chat, and Instagram and have gotten no response. I am having to file a charge back with my credit card company to get my money refunded.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website and unfortunately they didn't fit me. I've been trying to get a refund for almost a month now. I followed the instructions as per Schutz, sent the package back on my own dime through UPS, only to learn later that Schutz rejected the delivery. My package is now lost in limbo and I haven't received my refund. I've been sending multiple messages to customer service with minimal messages or updates from their side. The entire business side seems to be incompetent. My only option is to now dispute the charges and get a refund through my bank. I DO NOT recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company.

Bait and Switch

Received an email that that if I download the app would ger 25% off with the code app25. Downloaded the app same day wanting to make a purchse and code didn't work. No way to contact customer service directly. Says to send an email and whittle get a response within 48 hours. Heard back 4 days later telling me the code is no longer valid and there is a better deal, 35%off but is only on sale items. The shoes i want is not on sale. Feels like a bsit and switch. Going to uninstall the app

I sent a pair of shoes back and they were confirmed received on October 27, 2025 via email and that it could take 10 business days for the refund to hit my account. It’s November 22 and I still don’t have the refund. Unprofessional!! I have emailed them again and got an auto email stating they would reply within 4 business days.

If I could give less than one star I would

If I could give less than one star, I would. From timeliness of shipping to ease of returns and availability of customer service this is the absolute WORST shopping experience. I previously ordered from them and thought that perhaps my experience was an anomaly. But no, I gave them another try. But like child birth, you forget about the pain and decide to give it one more try. DO NOT DO IT. WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER and find another shoe brand. If you have to pay a little more, do it. It’s cheaper than therapy.

am extremely disappointed with Schutz…

am extremely disappointed with Schutz Shoe Company. Their customer service is unresponsive—it takes days to get a reply, and when they finally do respond, it’s rarely helpful. I purchased a full-priced item and expected to be able to return it for reimbursement, but I’ve now been told I cannot. This is unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as premium. Between the poor communication and unfair return policy, I will not be shopping with Schutz again and would not recommend them to others.

unable to contact customer service

The reason I’m giving a 1 star has nothing to do with Claudia, the representative. Claudia was very responsive and resolved my issue timely. Although, I’ve not received my merchandise, I was advised via email that it is on the way. My complaint is it took over 30 minutes to get someone to answer customer service. I’ve purchased merchandise in the past from Schutz, but after this experience I’m not certain if I will in the future. Customer Service is paramount when interacting with companies.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I had to return one pair. I followed instructions provided, they’ve received the shoes back and it says my refund has been processed but no funds have been returned.

I’ve emailed and called with no response. Given that they have physical stores and their product is sold through major retailers, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get assistance.

This is my first time to ordered in this company last May 2025 i purchased 2 items and the other one was arrive but the other one is still not sent been waiting for 1 month plus already i emailed them and they respond they say it will ship at first they said before 24 of june they will sent it and i will received a mail still now no response from them been trying to call them keep saying there agent is busy!! What a horrible experience i dont know if still they gona sent my order!! They are horrible!! This is my last purchased from them never again!!!!

Purchased a pair of shoes online and…

Purchased a pair of shoes online and the order went thru Facebook. No communication other than the order confirmation. No tracking and when I did finally locate it the number wasn’t from a major carrier. They were delivered at 11pm and I received no notification they were delivered. I want to return them and went thru their return request process and that’s where it ends. They won’t send me a CR code to drop them off. I have emailed multiple times, I have tried calling but all numbers for headquarters just disconnect, I try to chat but never get a real person. I have filed a complaint with the BBB because I can’t get them to respond. I have so many of their shoes but I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Terrible service

I purchased a pair of shoes with a 30% discount voucher. I tried to return the shoes and not eligible. At no point of my transaction did it say final sale. I've contacted them at leaae 10 times after they told me to send a picture of the shoes for review and a possible exception. No resolve

Also, the quality of their products has dropped tremendously. These shoes were so big it was ridiculous

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars! I had a terrible experience with this company — completely deceptive and misleading. I purchased the Cicera Woven Metallic Leather Bootie in size 6.5, Silver, described as metallic leather. However, the booties I received are not leather, despite what’s stated on the website, and they have patches on the toe that were not shown in the online photos.

To make matters worse, the company is refusing to issue a full refund for this misrepresented product. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive.

This is a scam — avoid buying from them!
