I wrote and paid an order on 8 December (the payment was immediately cashed). Having received no confirmation, I wrote a mail to enquire about my order on 15 December - after that I received promises thjat the order was to be sent until to-day, 22 December, when they tellme that thay havenot received the items I ordered. It took them two weeks to find that out ....

Placed my order on Nov 28 (and paid close to 270 Euros). On requests in December as to when this would be delivered responses were scarce. Finally got a tracking link on December 19, with no action for days. Finally, well after Christmas, the merchandise arrived on December 27, a full month after ordering, in a package that the post had tried to patch up as the box was dissolving due to the seeping content forming a puddle around it in the delivery van. As this contained “once upon the time” deep frozen meat and other articles for cold storage we refused accepting the merchandise as the cold chain obviously had been more than broken. Since then in a PayPal dispute as seller seems to think that selling food melting in a puddle of its own juices is acceptable. Never, ever again. No need to pay 270 for food poisoning. Wish I had read the other reviews before.
