unable to buy product that was shown in stock (47pcs). talked to company employee, explained urgency and asked for assistance with getting the urgently needed parts. offered to pay by credit card, or setup account or do ANYTHING to proceed but was turned down. employee insisted that solution to 'wait', never provided requested application forms, it even hanged the phone on me in the middle of conversation. after couple of calls i sent an email. next day i got reply that all parts are "sold" even though they still show as stock. i find the experience as waste of time and contact person to be non-cooperative and even rude. is that how Schweiger Group normally conducts its business?

I have not received the product I ordered a month ago. I have tried contacting the company about the shipment several times and have had no response.
After all the experience is good, it is easy to look for the parts you need.
The only problem I faced is the language, I don't know the German and I needed to translate almost every word to understand. (maybe is my fault because I was not able to change the language...)
