This is a scam

This is a scam, and they got me. Six weeks, nothing received, no emails responded to.. just the charge going through on my credit card. I'm reporting them to ftc and asked for a reversal from my card company. Don't be dumb like I was and buy something from crooks like this.

BEWARE - Catch 22

Do not know if you are familiar with the expression 'Catch-22' but this is exactly what is happening to my request for a refund.

Was told the refund is dependent on the receipt of the product; however, the product has never arrived.

And as of today, it has been 38 working days since my payment was accepted..... and still no product!!!!!

Furthermore, no one has even been able to track it or tell me just exactly where it is......

Please know this is a vicious circle with no good outcome.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered on April 7th and supposedly shipped on April 23rd. After many e.mail exchanges - all replies were non committal I took the advice of saying I would contact my bank to pursue repayment. Cushion arrived within 24 hours! (on May 13th) Definitely not worth the money and as the hassle to get it was so great I could not be bothered to send it back. DO NOT WASTE your money. I would give zero stars to the product and the company.

Sciatica. Received the cushion

Received the cushion. Child size with ears! Finally got a reply on the chat line with a returns address in China!! Doubt whether would get refund and postage 18.50. Second time a purchase from a Facebook advert, both rubbish from Cnine. Note to self, "don't buy from Facebook post"!!

This company his not a UK company

This company his not a UK company. I paid £49.99 for the cushion, like others I also received emails in broken English, when I tried to reply they bounced back. I found their Facebook page and was able to communicate via messenger, they made different excuses ranging from illness to demand. I contacted my bank, they advised I sent a message telling I would be action the bank to recover my money, this prompted them to give me a tracking number for Hermes. The tracking seemed in limbo so sent a message on Friday 7 May to say I was taking action on Monday. Hay presto it was delivered today. The cushion is very disappointing not worth anywhere near what I paid, I would say the poor quality is worth no more than £10. I could return, but after the hassle to get it, will write it off as lesson learnt

If only there was less than 1 star!

My 82 year old father ordered this cushion in the very early hours of the morning in desperation as he is struggling to sleep with back pain. He was unfortunately taken in by the reviews and claims on the website.
He wouldn't normally order something without talking to me first but unfortunately he didn't this time! He ordered it at the end of March 2021 and the money came out of his bank account the next day. Never received a confirmation or order number from the company and was worried about his money. I managed to get in touch via their onscreen chat and in rather broken English they told me it was in transit. Was all sounding a bit dodgy to say the least - here we are nearly 6 weeks later and still no sign. He is fretting about loosing his money and being drawn in to a far from legitimate Facebook Advert which is even more annoying!
I looked at their website yesterday and it is basically closed down - now says opening soon and that they have no more stock!! Have tried communicating via their chat but had no response in the last 24 hours.

By the sounds of other reviews on here the few who have actually received the product are less from impressed. Absolutely disgusting.

Waited 6 weeks for this to come

Waited 6 weeks for this to come. When it did eventually arrive it is the biggest pile of rubbish I have ever seen. It is very small, looks like a cushion for a child's car seat. Has a belt on it and ears on the top of it.....definitely not a sciatica cushion. And as for an English office thats a load of rubbish as well. So I suppose I will have to wave £50 goodbye. Certainly havent received what was advertised

Sciatica UK took my order on March 28th…

Sciatica UK took my order on March 28th 2021 and charged it to my Card. Then on April 16th 2021 they sent me an email advising a delay on shipping due to amount of orders. My frustration had been mounting every since and it is now May 2nd 2021 and it continues to be impossible to contact this company and I would warn other potential customers to beware.

Ordered April 5,2021

Ordered April 5,2021, and my credit card was charged $109 on same date for two cushions, eventhough only one ordered. However, none was received and I have repeatedly tried to communicate with their web side. No luck and no phone number. In addition of received a fake Fed Ex email indicating cushion scheduled for delivery. Didn't happen. I feel I have been totally scammed.

Awful service

Awful service, ordered for my dad on April 9th, still not arrived. sent 3 emails - not responded to any, tracking says coming from China but nothing about this on their website. requested a refund and yet again no reply

I ordered my sciatica cushion on 4/2 and have yet to receive it. I have already been charged for it. On 4/18 received an email that I would receive my order in a matter of a few days. I don’t know of a way to track the order. They don’t show an address or phone number. I also noticed that they seem to be selling the same product on a few more company names I first saw their ad on Facebook. I am beginning to think I have been scammed.

Is this Company legit

No email confirmation of purchase; money left my account two weeks ago; badly written response to my request for tracking no; product can be bought elsewhere for half the price. I believe this company is either highly inefficient and unbusinesslike or a scam.

Not happy

Ordered three weeks ago .Had various emails, including one that told me my order could take up to 15 days. The last email was on 4th April to say that my order would be with me in a few days. Tracking number provided but when I clicked on it I found myself confronted with foreign language (looked like Chinese}. No transparency. I have since seen similar items on line at around half the price. Not happy. Have messaged via their website. Am awaiting reply. The company call themselves Sciatica UK by the way,

I have emailed this company and they have replied each time. Very polite but try to pull the wool over my eyes. However I DID manage to track down my order (ordered 24th March} a couple of days ago. Shipment was just about ready to leave China. I am pleased I paid by PayPal. Their company is not a registered company. They have a French and Chinese site also. I A con really, as if you don't like it you have to pay to send it back. I have been offered the 20% discount which they offered in one of their first emails telling me my order was on the way. The offer in this email was to set against future orders. Good luck with that Sciatica UK

Appalling Customer Services

Let me say at the outset this review is not about the product, despite it now being 19 days since the order with a promise of dispatch with 48hrs it hasn't arrived.

It is about customer services. Whilst it is shown as a UK website it is clearly not in the UK. The staff do not have a grasp of the written English and don't answer the even simple questions. Like where is my order.

Their online chat is a waste of time because of the above problem. I am still none the wiser if my order has been dispatched or not.

On the basis of my experience I would not recommend this company. Will I get by products. Who knows. I will follow up.

Edit 7/4: The company has finally admitted the products are made in Asia. However they have still not said when the products will be delivered.
Edit 13/4: Notified 3 days ago of shipping, however tracker shows there is no data.
Company are not answering emails again.
Edit 26/4: Finally there is movement on the tracker. It still appears to be in China and now Hermes UK tracker says they are expecting it soon. It is now 39 days. I have given up on getting a refund. Still don't know if it will ever arrive.
Edit 30/4: Supposedly left China but the plane must be stuck in the air as it's been 3 days and hasn't arrived in UK.
Edit 5/5: Finally arrived, clearly not adult size. Comfortable enough but not worth the money.
Avoid this product.
