The order never came and I am very angry, and their customer service is useless. They don't solve my problem!!

My disabled mother wanted me to order this cushion in April 2021 for her. It is now the end of September 2021 and no delivery! I have sent 3-4 requests and no reply. What state is the company in so that I can reach out to the attorney general there?

I ordered cushion in April, many emails to them promised cushion sent. They have continued to lie to me. It is now the middle of August. From the reviews l really don’t even want the cushion. I now know this company is running a scam. They are liars,scammers,crooks, hope they rot in hell. Ruth Schmitz

I ordered this so called sciatica cushion for my wife. It took forever to arrive. It is flimsy, has no support to it. The company is not reachable by phone. It looks like a child's car seat cushion. I want my money back, scammer!!

waited since 18april..just arrived 3jun.. this company is very unprofessional.. i am trying to get an address to send them back.. no answer. the company wanted me to be patient regarding my delivery.. they are useless as back support..very flimsy..they came in an air tight bag that was hard as rock.. all i want is my money back.. this ia such a scam..they arent worth .50 cents

I have the same issue with this order as the others ordered mine paid for it on April1, 2021 and still don't have it. Get the run around practically daily when I do get someone to listen and she tells me to be patient well I am out of it ,Can't believe a word they tell you.

I received my sciatica cushion and was completely dissatisfied with the product! The cushion has no support! It has a belt on the inside back of the cushion! I don’t understand where I would attach this. I have sent out several text messages only to get some sort of automated response stating that the company apologizes for the delay in shipping. I already received the item! I just want to return the product and get a full refund. Why is this so hard to understand? I am getting the run around!

This company is a scam. Ordered more than a month ago and I have still not received my order. On May 2 received email that it has been shipped. When I tried contacting them via the email they sent after not receiving the item, it bounced back as undeliverable. Their official website seems to have only a page that thanks its customers for their support. Tried the chat page but no response. Very dissapointed as purchased the item for my husband who has back issues.

Ordered sciatica cushions (2). Have received one of them. They are, indeed, a joke. Very little cushioning, nothing of support for back or leg. Cannot reach them to try to get refund. Don’t trust them!

This company is a scam. Ordered over a month ago, no delivery. Every attempt to contact them has failed, no response. Most emails, sent to emails I received from them, bounce as undeliverable. Don't be stupid like I was, don't fall for this scam company.

I ordered this so called sciatica cushion from sciaticaofficial.com. This cushion is a JOKE, there is no firmness to the cushion at all, there is no lumbar support as stated in the description, and definitely no relief to my sciatica. This is a complete waste of money and false advertising. This company is a RIP off and Joyce Moore, CEO Sciatica needs to be let know that her cushion is nothing more than a pillow shaped in the form of a seat. They refuses to give back money, even when I tried cancelling the order before it arrived, which by the way the website states you should received within 7-15 days, that was a LIE. SCIATICA IS RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS!!!.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!
