Paid an extreme amount for a cheap-ass item that can be found identically on Temu or any other Chinese website! Cheap quality & a scam!

Website says UK, shipping info on the website says USA, my package says delivered from my own country and the retour must be shipped to France?!?! Make it make sense.

Not to mention, if I want my refund, I have to send the item (weighing 0.05 kg) back to France to an address not confirmed on google, costing me half of what I paid!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Ordered five items still waiting for delivery, wish I'd read the reviews.

Ordered an item some time ago , still waiting. Yet another company with slick advertising on line which takes your money for a rubbish service and poor quality items. Avoid like the plague. Just wish I'd read the reviews before buying.

Terrible quality and took ages to arrive- newtonsetal cradle £59 is an absolute rip off- £5 at most! All muddled up and no easy return section just - email us! Came from China, company address Mexico- do not touch with a budge pole

Item took weeks to arrive and when it did the product looked nothing like the website. Very cheaply made and very disappointing.
Return not cost effective.
Terrible experience.

Terrible, really disappointing experience. Order took weeks to arrive and despite great looking website, items look cheaply made, useless instructions and considerably overpriced. Ordered 2 things for my adult sons birthday inc a Stirling engine costing over £100. They eventually arrived (website gives no indication of lengthy time frames for delivery) I checked items before gifting and was so embarrassed at how bad they were. I handed them over with my apologies and he too was gutted at not only the cost but just how cheap they appear to be. No point in trying to return as doubt I'd ever get refund. Also got a very shouty voicemail in Chinese a few days after ordering, no idea what was being said as don't speak Chinese but can only assume it was related to this order.

After years of internet shopping and thousands of transactions this stands as the worst experience to date, just wished I had checked Trustpilot first.

You've been warned.

Cheap and misleading

Ordered 3 items, very nice pictures but horrible quality - like Temu products.

Not that it matters but took forever to arrive.

AVOID

I received a lovely item from my in-laws for my birthday, but it was about two weeks late, as they didn't account for the month long delivery timescales.
The item arrived damaged, and customer service was quite helpful and gave me a voucher to purchase another one.
I chose to order a different item, which is also great, but the delivery took over a month! This is because this company drop-ships from China.
The previous reasonable customer service was not really evident when chasing the delivery, either - emails were not answered for a week and had to be chased.

Decent website and product selection.

But their interaction with customers gives the impression of an untrustworthy business. Very slow processing times and their emails look really cheaply put together and are not even properly signed.

This leads to the conclusion that they are either an inexperienced mom-and-pop shop, or yet another one of these intransparent Hong Kong / Chinese / Russian / American companies which simply abused the UK's laws to register in the UK and pretend that they are in the UK.
