This isn't just a bad experience

This isn't just a bad experience. This is a complete and total academic catastrophe. I am currently staring at a screen that represents $1,500 of my hard-earned money evaporating into thin air because of this absolute wreck of a platform. Calling this "software" is an insult to developers everywhere. It is a dysfunctional, glitch-ridden nightmare that feels like it was coded as a prank. I am genuinely on the verge of dropping this entire course and taking the massive financial hit just to escape the mental toll of using this inexplicably garbage UI.
The technical failures are relentless. The connection doesn't just "drop"—it severs itself the moment you try to submit anything meaningful. I have sat there and watched in horror as the system marks objectively correct answers as wrong, gaslighting me on material I’ve studied for weeks. The "auto-save" feature is a blatant lie. It is a decorative button that does nothing but give you a false sense of security before it nukes your entire progress. I followed every protocol: I saved, I quit, I verified, and yet I came back to a completely blank slate. Hours of lab work and data analysis just vanished into a digital black hole.
Then there are the "auto-timeout" features, which are so riddled with bugs they trigger while you are actively typing, locking you out of your own work mid-sentence. It is a predatory loop of failure. How on earth did Science Interactive secure a contract with Metropolitan Community College? It’s a disgrace to the institution.
The most soul-crushing part is the total lack of accountability. The teacher is a ghost, the school hides behind automated emails, and it’s clear that absolutely no one cares that students are being robbed of both their time and their money. This level of incompetence should be illegal. I am making it my personal mission to post this warning on every single forum, review site, and student thread until people understand that using this platform is academic suicide. To everyone involved in forcing this garbage on students: a massive, heartfelt "F U" for the stress and the stolen wages.

Do not purchase anything from science…

Do not purchase anything from science interactive, if you have to return you have to pay a 20 percent restock fee and pay for your own return shipping. They make it extremely difficult and expensive to return.
