If I could give no stars I would do so…

If I could give no stars I would do so willingly. I too rely on medication.
I have two complaints. The company tries to encourage patients to use their "exciting" mobile app to reorder meds. Every month I try to use their app and every month it fails. Every month I complain, nothing ever changes. in the meantime I am plagued with emails and texts to use the app although I cant.

Today (21/8/25 I was expecting a delivery. I live on my own and had to run to the loo. In case, my delivery arrived whilst I was gone, I put a note on the door, left it a jar and asked if the meds could be put on the floor and the door closed to lock.
The driver would have known the medication was safe and secure. However, he didn't deliver because he needs a signature, despite knowing the medication was delivered to the right house and safe and secure, and despite knowing it is medication and I might have been desperate for it. It was nothing short of being bloody minded and perhaps nasty.
I am now out of medication and I am yet to know when they will deliver again. If my kidney start to fail I will know who to blame.
Now Scienceus are going to deliver on Bank Holiday Monday ensuring my bank holiday is completely ruined as I cannot be away from home for the weekend, all needlessly and thoughtlessly.

I heard today 24/8/25 a neighbour had offered to take the drugs in for me and the driver refused, he needed to ring me first for my permission but couldn't get hold of me because I didn't take the phone to the loo with me.

So he didn't need a signature after all just my instructions, which he already had as I left them on the front door.

Tomorrow it will be four days without medication needlessly.

Shameful company

My partner relies on this company to deliver the medication he needs daily. Whenever he is about to run out, he calls them in good time to arrange a delivery but they never turn up when they say the will. He then has to call and wait for the customer assistant to take a long time to find his case and inevitably they say they have to look into it and will get back to him but they never, ever do.
This has happened every single time. This company ought to be ashamed of themselves as patients rely on them for medication, not for CDs or shoes or books but daily medication. God knows how they got the NHS contract. Chilling to think that the health and well being of vulnerable people depends on this kind of outfit to deliver their medication. He is now asking his consultant for a better and more reliable alternative. Shocking bad practice:(
