I love this fabric - it's so interesting and the embroidered pattern feels very organic in its design. I only ordered a metre length for a curtain to cover up a black washing machine and it's redefined that space with the perfect retro kitchen feel through the pot plant design. The delivery is so quick - ordered late one morning and it arrived at breakfast the next day. This is the second fabric I've ordered from Scion and the other is also a really interesting embroidered design which makes the fabric feel very three-dimensional. The price of the fabrics feels very good value compared to other high quality brands.

I'm delighted with my wallpaper order that was very straightforward and prompt. I have also ordered curtains and haven't heard anything as to whether it is being processed or not. This is making me a little anxious that there may be a problem, the payment has gone through so I am assuming it is ok. A reassuring message on where the process is and how long it is going to take would be useful.

Beautiful material at a really good price. Slight problem with delivery but between Lucy from customer services and UPS, this was sorted within 24 hours. Exceptional customer service response.

From start to finish ordering and receiving the wall paper was first class. The paper is of good quality easy to put on the wall. Matches well.

Ordered a blind with a 4-6 week lead time. No update after 6 weeks so I contacted Scion. I was advised that it was being made, it would be completed that week, and we would receive an email with a delivery update. A week later no update and no blind. Not great service at all!

Have ordered from Scion as the only one to offer my likes in wallpaper. Great & prompt service. Easy to order & follow up. Arrived well packaged and earlier than expected. Highly recommended.

We ordered a roman blind from Scion. A few days later a roll of fabric arrived. A few days later another roll of fabric arrived. We had difficulty in contacting them as numerous deliveries were costing them money. They arranged for the collection, but this did not run smoothly as the courier company were meant to bring a label, so had to stay in again for another day for collection. The blind did arrive and was well made, but the process was needlessly stressful,

Really quick delivery, great product, easy return.

Wallpaper disintegrated like tissue paper. Never in my life have I worked with such cheap thin paper. The pattern and the colours were lovely, but it ripped and tore in endless places. It tore when you tried to mark it with pencil. It tore when you folded it. It tore when you gently manouvered it with your finger. Whole sections of it tore away completely and had to be patched up. What a horrendous mess! Thankfully I`m good at papering and the pattern was very forgiving so the finished wall looks ok, but it contains probably around 15 large rips and tears in it, albeit well-concealed. I have been hanging wallpaper for 40 years, using both cheap and very expensive papers, but never had anything like this before. After contacting Scion Living about this I have been told that I shouldn`t have used Solvite paste because it`s alkaline and this would have caused the paper to break up. If this was the case then why was there no mention on their website that non- alkaline paste ONLY should be used on this paper? How are you supposed to know if it`s not mentioned? I have never had any problems with Solvite no matter what paper I`ve used, whether it be paste the paper or paste the wall. Also if the problem lay in the paste, why then did the paper rip about 14 cm when I gently knocked it against the door frame when completely dry, BEFORE it was pasted? Never had that happen before either. Seems like an easy cop out for what was evidently thin sub-standard paper. Can`t say it was because it only cost around £50, as opposed to most of my previous papers costing around £100 +, because even a £20 roll from B&Q went up beautifully.

We ordered a wool rug, which unfortunately on arrival resembled a hessian sack with colours that didnt match the website photos. The edges were frayed and there was a damage mark on the rug. After an almost 30 email tennis match with customer service we were refunded 6 working days after they recieved the return! To be fair the customer service lady was helpful but appeared hampered by the manufactor, who claimed it was in perfect condition, and claimed the damage was part of the shear tipping process?! However we have a nice wool rug from elsewhere now and viewed many others with no damage marks. Either we were fobbed off initially or Scion need to review their manufacturer for rugs. Would have been 1 star but customer service did appear to help as best they could.

At least 5 emails to cancel an order as the delivery date was not acceptable one reply to ignore my request and 4 not responded to they still delivered despite my cancellation. The fabric has still not arrived again no replies to email absolutely disgraceful customer service I would not advise anyone to purchase from the company

Two items delivered damaged. No reply to emails or online forms. In fact when I email customer service I get a bounce back saying email does not exist. Very poor

Ordered some fabric from their clearance range - money taken from my bank account then had an email to say that my fabric was out of stock and did I want a refund or order different fabric.
Customer service is awful- have left telephone messages that have been left unanswered. Sent many emails that are coming back unsent even though they were sent to the email address that is listed on their web page and the one used to inform me that my fabric is out of stock. Live chat is non existent. And no response from instagram.
Totally unacceptable.

Writing another review as feel I have no other option! Following my previous regarding my awful experience with Scion, I’ve sent several more emails with absolutely no response. Very concerning that this is the customer service - I’ve literally received absolutely no communication whatsoever for over a week now! Do not trust this company or that your item will arrive on time, reliably or with any communication to update you.

Scion products are great but where is the customer service? I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a response to emails re my order. Nothing! So, they have taken my money, I don’t have a product and can’t seem to get a refund. Can’t access ‘chat line’ so will now write before escalating further. Customer service does matter.

Following on from this review I did receive apologies and a response and I have received my order . However, the courier left it outside a house further along the road stating it had delivered with ‘proof’! But that’s another matter. My wallpaper looks great hence an additional star but I might go via a third party in future.
