As a customer of this company for almost three years, I have no hesitation in stating that - like many other reviewers - I have found the Customer Service outstanding. The product that I have been using, D-Mannose - and I have tried a few other brands and companies, from time to time - supplies, for me, both quality and efficacy without equal. Delivery is swift, efficient, flexible when necessary and unfailingly on time. As an online customer, when necessary and/or appropriate, there is an impressively individual note. I am generally cautious when it comes to recommending companies to others for obvious reasons; but have done so in relation to this company, starting only in the last year. Not once have I regretted it. The feedback, universally, has justified every recommendation.

Iam so happy I found you! I have suffered with UTI for over 50 years …I had heard about D Mannose but never tried it so ordered some. I have had them for nearly two weeks and feel a bit better and will continue to take them. The doctor even mentioned these! I also ordered the Uni bac feminine bacteria and I take these on a morning .. so far so good. I had a question and someone rang me to answer it! This never happens, great service and the postage is next day! Don’t hesitate order today!

Easy to order online. Helpful information online. Once arrived, very helpful leaflet about what D-Mannose actually is plus a Q & A leaflet re UTI’s generally. Very useful. Dosage instructions very clear and told you why specific amounts were needed, and how much water to drink.
Was actually using a different make when ordered Waterfall D-M, but ordered it as needed a powder (I was having to break open capsules to get exactly 3G).
I liked that it’s PURE D-Mannose, no fillers etc. Yet again, leaflet explained why PURE is best, it’s not just a promotion gimmick. A bit pesky to have to take around the clock every 2/3 hours at first but well worth it as body gets drip feed of concentrate. I can feel the difference within about a day, if not hours.
Helpful that Waterfall D-M have a helpline too which I used when my husband was taking it years ago.

If you have a UTI though, do up your water intake, don’t just expect to carry on as normal if you have a UTI and add a bit of D-Mannose, you must flush the infection out. Take the whole course, I’ve skimped in the past and it’s come back within a fortnight. Lots if UTI’s, like me? After it’s cleared, drink water, water, water. I wish you well 😊, UTI’s are horrid.

I rely on SC Nutra D manose to keep me UTI free. Its my magic pill. Couldn't recommend enough if you are suffering with continual bladder issues. They are a great trustworthy company.
