Issue resolved quickly and professionally…
I did have an issue with the lids of D-Mannose powder and was not initially completely happy with the response to the issue. However, this has now been explained and it has been fully resolved, quickly and professionally.
I understand that I was unfortunate to have purchased the D-Mannose powder in the transition of a new mechanism lid, which has been implemented for child proof protection.
The goods have now been kindly replaced and for anyone who purchases this product, I understand that the new lids are now fully in circulation. So you can buy this product with confidence.
I will continue to purchase from SC Nutra as they have proved to me that they take customer service and care extremely seriously, which is very important to me…
