Just having a hard time since chefs speak in italian. I have to see what they are doing, at the same time looking at the subtitles…

Verry good demostration and easy to understand.

These are good courses if you speak Spanish. Otherwise they are really hard to comprehend because of automated English subtitles. They have promised to "improve" this soon, but almost half a year has passed, and it's still the same. Really a shame, since the content is quite good
Some examples:
"that is in grain, that is to say that it has grammage superior to the powder, to the microns"
"a completely pleasant cream on the palate, in which we do not find when eating stumbles"
"and with a tongue so that it does not foam" (by tongue they mean spatula)

Great lessons provided. Hopefully translation can be clearer

Very easy to see and learn the course.

I like e book with recipe's but I like to have more photo with the steps

I couldn't not get the certificate after the course.

A diversified platform, with many recipes, Recipes explained for everyone to understand,
A wonderful experience!

The only way this product could be improved is if the lessons had the ability to automatically play sequentially the way a YouTube playlist plays. I find it inconvenient to constantly start the next lesson every 2-7 minutes.

Brilliant concept with a great variety of styles and cuisines.

I enjoy the videos although the translations are sometimes a little confusing, very good instructional videos by top chefs

Excellent course especially the course on pannetones.

To be honest there is so much content on YouTube if I adhere to a paid subsceiption it is because it is out of the ordinary.

Also there are numerous interesting courses coming

Lessons are great, but the constant breaking it up into short segments is awful and so is the fact that there isn't a way to jump to a recipe or you cannot jump in and out of different lessons. Also, the jingle you're forced to listen to with clapping is awful.
