They couldn't help me with what I was after but made the effort to respond and recommend some other businesses that could potentially fix the issue.

There's a wealth of conflicting information online about the booming industry of electric scooters. Massimo at the Fairfield store in Melbourne, Victoria, was a friendly character who cleared up all my confusion, was patient with my array of questions, and enabled me to walk away with an awesome purchase and better knowledge. I'm now enjoying my scooter for both work trips and joy rides. Additionally, I had some issues with my scooter which were promptly sorted by Massimo and his team. I'm surprised by the negative reviews here - they don't match the vibe and service I received. Thank you again, Massimo.

I recently purchased a Segway GT3 Pro from Scooter Hut and was impressed from start to finish. The scooter arrived very quickly, and when I had a few questions I wasn’t entirely sure about, the team responded promptly and professionally. They provided clear, honest advice and even shared helpful tips for ongoing maintenance and upkeep. Had Dani help me with a freight issue. I emailed about the problem I was having and I was contacted within 5 minutes by Dani. She got onto helping me solve the issue and had it all solved within a day! She constantly kept me updated with emails as she received the information. If I could give Dani and the team at scooter hut a 10 star rating I would!

Great after sale follow up product support. Friendly service and knowledgeable people, highly recommend.

this company is now owned by flux motion pty Ltd a supiror leading e scooter retailer/manufacturer, there customer support is brilliant and fast dani is a saint, I recived my purchase a wolf warrior x in perfect condition, any problems I had that were made by my self were quickly fixed by dani I recommend scooter hut

i have nothing but great things to say the guys at the Fairfield Store were Awsome, Massimo helped me beyond expectations.

I would sincerely like to thank the entire Scooter hut Team in Balcatta for their outstanding customer service and proffessionalism in replacing a battery for my Wolf King GT. Nice work Dani/Ryan/Aaron/Riley and Sarah. The battery was losing charge and had expired under the previous Scooter hut owners warranty. Without a long story they worked with me and to achieve a great outcome and I am back on the road again.

Dylan was able to fix my son's scooter and was very reasonably priced.

Hi, going through the process of getting my scooter fixed and 6 months later I think I’m going to have to get a lawyer involved to get my money back. DO NOT purchase anything from Scooter Hut. They do not honour there warranty. You will just be wasting your time and money. Avoid at all cost.

I had sent am email enquiry to Scooter Hut Fairfield. Dani responded quickly and professionally. And whilst she was unable to help me for what I was chasing she went even further and found a few other stores for me that could assist. Absolute legend.

I purchased an InMotion Climber scooter from Scooter Hut expecting the model advertised on their website, but the one I received was completely different. It came with turn signals and a different control system, which wasn’t shown online. The scooter barely accelerates, struggles to reach the stated speed, and feels unsafe to ride. When I asked to return it, I was told I’d need to record a video of myself riding it before they’d even consider a return, an unreasonable and unsafe request. I’ve tried to resolve this directly but have been met with delays and dismissive responses. Disappointing experience from what’s supposed to be a reputable store.

1 was taken back within 4 months only to be told can't fix here's your money back.
Now they are selling the same again saying its 1700+ in sale for 1200+ which is a con. I paid 999 on sale from 1200

Title: Poor Warranty Support – Avoid at All Costs

I purchased Kaabo scooters through Scooter Hut and have had ongoing issues with both the Kaabo Mantis and Wolf Warrior. These scooters are made in China, and unfortunately, the warranties are not being honoured properly.

Despite agreeing in writing to a $1,300 warranty arrangement, Scooter Hut has not stood by it. I’ve sent over 50 emails back and forth with both Scooter Hut and Kaabo, and months later the problems remain unresolved.

This is extremely frustrating as customers should be able to trust that a warranty will be honoured when things go wrong. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Scooter Hut and Kaabo scooters. Be smart with your money and look elsewhere.

If others are experiencing the same issues, it may be worth exploring a class action to hold them accountable.
