did not deliver paid-for articles, and still lied about it

Ordered a number of bike parts from them; took them about two weeks (and a phone call) to actually send >some< of the articles. The rest they appear to have no interest in actually delivering. Called three more times, and three times was lied to - "you'll get the articles by the end of the week", "we'll send the articles today", "they've been sent already".

Edit: I did get a package, post-date >two days after< my last phone call. It's contents: one of the articles, and the money paid for the two not delivered - nicely >taped< to the order sheet.

Never again from this shop.
