Ordered carb parts from ScooterTuning.ca paid for parts and shipping and receive a call from FedEx customs needing additional information or I would not receive package. I’ve tried calling customer service dozens of times tried there texting service and sent emails no answer. FedEx tells me they have reached out to ScooterTuning as well with no reply back. I do not recommend this company (if even a real company) to anyone they got my money don’t give them yours.

They sent me the wrong exhaust now. Trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to send it back. Won't send me a label to return it. Are fighting me every step of the way I would not buy from this company ever. They are out of the country and to return it. It's hundreds of dollars not worth the headache. They make everything so hard once they sell the product. They don't care. Now they said I'd get an email with label to return it I'll let you know further so far it's a hastle

I bought and received 2 tires off of scooter tuning they have the best Selection of aftermarket parts and OEM parts in my opinion

ordered veriator for a 2003 yamaha zuma from these LITTLE PEOPLE. waste of $60.00. i lose 5 mph i finally took my caliper too it found that the place where it stops was too much. it stops short of allowing the belt to fully rise. tryd to talk to them and they try to blame on something else. i put back in oem and that works right.

Very sad I ordered a crankshaft from these people , never came in the mail and I did not get my reimbursement crazy I'd rather take my business to scooterswapshop same thing the rest of you should do at list they dont play with no body's money they actually have respect for the customers unlike wise 😡 .

We've happily dealt with Scootertuning.ca for quite some time now and highly recommend them for quality performance after market parts. Their customer service is second to none (big shout out to Eric) offering prompt, professional, and friendly communications every time.
