Scootz 

So after getting Scammed of €1150 from a so called Chinese seller on Tik Tok (xuwong.surron) please stay away everyone, sent him my money and the only thing i got was banned from his account, I got onto Josh in Scootz.

I told him my story and he rang me straight away and was so apologetic for someone else's bad fraud. Once we got talking Josh told me everything I needed to know about the Vipcoo H3, he was so knowledgeable and to be very honest he was so polite this young lad has a bright future ahead of him in business, exceptionally well spoken to his customer. Forward onto purchasing my bike poor Josh didn't realise it was going to Southern Ireland and this was a challenge for him especially when he was at University, so he handed me over to his Dad Mark.

This i realised where Josh learned the values of customer first. From the outset with Mark nothing was an issue just to give him time to sort of delivery but in that time he updated me every day which was so reassuring, especially after been scammed before. Anyway Mark got it sorted the bike was delivered to the north of Ireland within 1 and half hours from me and I went up last Saturday to pick it up. It's all made up now and ready for the road on the 25th.

It certainly won't be my last time in buying from Scootz and the lads because if Carlsburg done businesses this would definitely be one. Well done lads and the very best of luck and wishes in the future.

I bought a Ienyrid ES1 scooter and had some issues with the delivery company with not sending my scooter. Felt like I wasn’t going to get my scooter But someone called Josh who works at Scootz kept me sane with giving me information on the where bouts and when I would roughly have my scooter. I was pleased when I was told I would be receive some free accessories for the troubles I had, which is really appreciated. After receiving my scooter I was actually amazed with the power this thing has. Would definitely recommend to someone wanting to upgrade to a more high grade scooter.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m really happy with this product. It’s good quality and worth the money yet the problem is it came 8 days late, by all means this was probably due to the new years and Christmas. However it still did come late and I wasn’t informed that it would be.

If someone wants to buy a scooter I strongly suggest scootz, fast delivery and great quality.
