I had been having a few issues with my…

I had been having a few issues with my Scorpion tracker fitted to my caravan. Purchasing the caravan second hand I was given no hand over instructions as to how it should work.
I made several phone calls to technical support they took their time a guided me through the alarm and how it should work. Today a call into the Technical support team whilst I got the caravan connected to the tow vehicle got the problem sorted.
Thank you so much for your patients and professional actions. It’s a pleasure to deal with such a responsive a professional company.

So far I'm happy with my tracker apart…

So far I'm happy with my tracker apart from the end of journey position . Several times now it has been way off by a 100-150mtrs but other than that not bad

Reassuring

The Scorpion S5 track reduced the insurance premium on my new motorhome. I managed to trigger the alarm twice in the first weekend of ownership, and was contacted on each occassion to check if the alert was genuine or not.
