Arrived in poor condition in bag and actual shoe box was obliterated which was disappointing as the were a present so a disappointment for the recipient having them turn up in a battered box
But that’s all too late now as they had to be gifted and couldn’t get a replacement in time

Have bought Rivieras shoes before, but the sizing is erratic. I get the same size 43, but they fit great or like this pair pinch . As they are suede I am wearing them in the house trying to break them in.

Easily a 5 star experience
I bought a pair on eBay, and it was so comfortable and lovely, that I chose to take advantage of the 20% off coupon in the box and purchased another pair directly. Dispatch was fast and even the show box is lovely, with a personal touch writing on the “thank you for your order” card.
All in all, a very pleasant buying experience.

Discount on the list price of the Teva sandals I ordered was the initial attraction, they were then dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail with free delivery. Sandals were as described. The website was easy to navigate. All in all a faultless service and I would definitely use again.
