Urgent Complaint Regarding Failed Delivery Attempts and Driver Conduct

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding repeated failed delivery attempts of my parcel, which have caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment.

On the first delivery attempt, the driver arrived, took photographs of my door, and left without making any effort to deliver the parcel or contact me. On the second attempt, I was standing outside my home, actively tracking the driver to receive my parcel. However, the driver went to an incorrect address, took photographs there, and left immediately without coming to my correct location.

This behavior is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It appears that the delivery driver is unwilling to complete the delivery properly. I have valid proof showing that the driver went to the wrong address and took incorrect delivery photos.

Additionally, there is no option available to contact the delivery driver directly for parcel tracking or clarification. The DPD app also displays completely inaccurate delivery timing information. For example, the app showed that the driver would arrive in approximately one hour; however, within just five minutes, the driver marked the delivery attempt as completed by uploading photographs taken at an incorrect address and then left the area. This misinformation made it impossible for me to coordinate or receive my parcel, despite being present and actively monitoring the delivery.

I have made several attempts to contact the delivery driver and DPD customer service, but unfortunately, I have been unable to speak with a human representative, which has made it very difficult to raise this issue through your helpline.

I have been waiting for this parcel for a long time, and it is very urgent. I kindly but firmly request that my parcel be delivered today under any circumstances, or that immediate alternative arrangements be made for collection.

I expect a prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter. Please investigate this issue seriously and take appropriate action regarding the delivery process.

They sent my phone back from repair via…

They sent my phone back from repair via DPD.
The DPD agent would not leave it with my partner, who didn't want the door open for the photo, as I have a large dog who would have bounced out.
The following email said that I could collect from the DPD depot for my area, which is Leeds. The opening hours were shown as Sat until 6pm.
I arrived at a quarter to, to find the depot closed.
I missed another email regarding redelivery as my broadband was playing up.
I went to the DPD depot again today, to be told that they do not do collections.
Then I get into my emails today to find that the parcel has been returned to Scorpius Trading in Surrey.
BRILLIANT! ONE MAJOR BODGE UP!!!
THANKYOU SCORPIUS TRADING FOR AN EXASPERATING EXPERIENCE AND FOR BEING LIARS!
