Bought ortleib bag at best price in UKGreat products prices and delivered royal mail on time will buy again

I was a bit wary because I'd never heard of them and they were charging significantly less than anyone else online for my rack and panniers. It wasn't half price but the the price difference was enough to use my credit card and take a punt on a low price from a company I'd never heard of.

I'm happy to say the company promised delivery within 4 working days but my items arrived the next day.

I didn't need to use the returns process but, as far as browsing, buying, paying and delivery go, I couldn't have asked for anything to be easier or better.

Scotby is now on my list of go-to online retailers for cycling stuff.

Pre and post delivery support for my web order was excellent: the shop called prior to despatch to double check sizing and also helped out after delivery. Any queries were responded to immediately. This is the sixth bike I have bought online but the first from Scotby. The packaging was better than any previous delivery, with all frame tubes individually protected within the bike box. There was no delivery charge and the bike appeared the next day. Very happy.

Ordered a bike via website and it arrived the next working day (on standard, free delivery). Bike was very well packaged and excellent value / quality (GT full suspension). Communication from company was excellent - highly recommended!

Scotby cycles replaced a bag I bought 1.5 years ago very quickly because the zip was no longer working. They sent a brand new bag in just a few days - excellent service

Excellent experience buying from Scotby Cycles. Bought a gravel bike from them - excellent price, bike arrived quickly, well packaged and well set up.

I have placed 2 orders with Scotby Over the last few month; both were dispatched promptly.

The second order I had to return a couple of items; again the return procedure was simple, and a refund was received a few days after sending.

I never heard of the company and stumbled across them whilst looking for a frame bag. It was a competitive price so I thought I'd give them a go.

I signed up to the newsletter and got a great deal on some t-shirts on my last order.

I purchased a bar bag online which arrived 2 days later, sensible packaging, great product (Ortlieb ultimate six). Prompt, friendly and efficient customer service via email when I contacted them about the bar fixings. Highly recommended.

Hi everybody, just wanna share my experience with "Scotby Cycles". I placed my order a day ago around 1AM. Honestly I was a bit worried because seemed like a small company but I gave it a shot. I've read so many bad review about other companies including Evans Cycles so I simply wanted stay far from that company after going through those comments here. Today I woke up a bit earlier got a nice surprise from DPD app that says my package will be delivered today was not expecting that so a bit of happiness in this difficult times.
Bike was packed well in a huge box every part covered with foam protector after unpacking no scratches no damages so I felt very lucky and thanks for the shop taking care of protection and also thanks to DPD taking care of my delivery with extra care.
I can highly recommend this company I used the webshop btw but I can imagine them in person being helpful and everything.
Thanks you so much again taking care of my bike it's been a pleasure to order this amazing ride from you.

Great service, bought a helmet from them and it was dispatched quickly with free 48 hour delivery. Plus the price was the lowest I found online. Would definitely shop here again.

Very disappointed been going years for repairs purchases etc . Got turned away from the cycle shop today wanting spoke repairs done . They only repair bikes purchased from them now unless it’s a full service . I’ll never go back . .Greed again , once the pandemic is over and bike sales drop let’s see if they turn work away then . Poor business tactic .

Felt compelled to recommend this company as I Had an issue with a a warranty. Scotby Cycles resolved it even before manufactures of product got back to them ( small wait)

Bought a Bell cycle helmet from Scotby. Never heard of them before a web search as in short supply. Good price, good communication. Delayed shipping as was away. Would deal with them again. Good customer service means a lot. Thanks. Ps good helmet too!

After being messed about by another bike shop having delivery of my new bike put back three times I cancelled the order , I found Scotby cycles by chance online and found that they had the bike I wanted in stock 24 hours later it had arrived very well packaged and everything as it should be.
Outstanding service all round by Scotby and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from them.

Had left my pannier bag purchase to the last minute for a long trip so needed quick delivery. Bigger online cycle shops weren’t able to offer a delivery in the timescale I needed but stumbled across Scotby Cycles - very broad range of products and offered super speedy delivery so I could go on my trip. Will use again.
