Efficient and good
Makes the whole process simple and easy. The collection was good on time and cheerful. The paper work was clear and the notice of bids easy to follow. The payment was prompt and on time and the charging policy clear and reasonable. Just quietly efficient and good. Many thanks David Davenport.

No more service focussed. More extortion and blackmail
They have moved away from a service brand to become an extortionist of sorts. High handedness, threats and blackmail is the usual playbook if you have left any bottles with them in storage.
So please beware. And do so on your own risk. Even when there are no pending invoices showing, bottles from storage are simply relisted in auction ( or threatened to be).
Its getting ridicluous by the day. Downside of getting too big and investor pressure to drive revenu at all costs i guess.

I would have preferred to negotiate…
I would have preferred to negotiate with 1/2 people as I have hearing impaired and I am 74 so not very technical minded BUT that doesn’t take away the service I received from all the staff and I would recommend the company.

Your auction is fabulous but your choice of Courier is appalling. I stayed in all day because of UPS and they couldn’t even be bothered to let me know that it’s been delayed so I have to arrange for another delivery date.
