Absolute disgrace!!
How are these people still allowed to trade after the amount of customers who have been treated so poorly. I placed and paid for an order like so many others it seems on the 10th of June, almost 6 months ago. Since then I have tried everything for some information as to why there has been nothing delivered, even written to thier so called address which was returned to sender.
Do not use these people, I wish I hadn't!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 5 bottles. Received 2 bottles after constant emailing them to actually send them out. The remaining 3 are pre order in which I’ve requested my money back because I no longer have the time and energy to chase this pathetic company up. I’ve sent 20+ emails , tried 50+ phone calls and not one single response from them. I’ve contacted the bank for my money back.

THIS COMPANY/SHOP IS A DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY! PATHETIC AND INEXCUSABLE!

Avoid this company like the plague - I have repeatedly contacted them regarding my order, paid for on the 29th of May 2022 which has never arrived as of 23rd of November despite them sending out email flyers saying they are now doing the second bottling and I haven't received the first. They have not had the common decency to reply or answer any of my emails, messages or calls. I will NEVER be buying from them again and have contacted my credit card company for a refund. Do not be deceived, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!! Would give them zero stars if I could.

Took our money immediately when we made our order, but then nothing. No confirmation email, no delivery date, they do not answer their phone nor reply to customer services emails. Bank contacted to initiate refund.

Absolutely abysmal! Eventually managed to order whisky after numerous attempts - that should have been a red flag. Eventually manged to place the order, and SWW happily accepted my money. No delivery date, no acknowledgement of emails, and no answer via phone. Do not use this company!

I like others wish I’d seen the reviews about non communication and lack of service after purchase!!
Still waiting on a refund after purchasing in May 2022 due to Whisky never arriving.

Terrible lack of respect from them for their Customers.

Having read all the reviews it has just mirrored everything I have experienced. The sad fact for me is that they have provided the orders EVENTUALLY and if they could simply communicate rather than ignore their customers they could keep everyone on side. So for me it’s a no , won’t order again even though they have some very nice bottles on offer.

Avoid using this company as they are untrustworthy. I have waited over 3 months for a refund and despite numerous attempts to contact them have not been contacted and am still outstanding my refund

If I'd have read these reviews first I wouldn't have ordered a pre bottled bottle at the end of may22. Was told i'd receive it within 6 weeks. After many emails, FB messenger and attempted phone calls I gave up and called my bank and initiated a charge back. My money was back in my account a couple hours later...

Ordered a bottle of Torabhaig whisky from SWW on 28th July which finally arrived 'out of the blue' 22 days later...not quite the 3-4 days they quote in their FAQ's! Up to that point I've been sending them regular emails asking when my order would be fulfilled which they completely failed to reply to. Phoning the number on their website is also a waste of time as it always goes to voicemail and to which they never reply anyway. It may just be coincidence but it was only after highlighting my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that prompted a response from them a couple of hours later and delivery of my whisky order the next day via FedEx....which for other than a slightly creased carton, arrived in good condition within well protected packaging. So I'm very relieved this stressful experience is finally over although I very much doubt I'll be ordering anything else from SWW...and would advise others to look elsewhere if you want stressfree ordering of whisky!

Absolutely shocking customer service, if I could leave a zero out of five I would. Phone never answered, emails not replied to, website chat always shows error sending them a message, don't respond on Facebook chat. Avoid this company at all costs,waiting for a reply to a simple question from early June and an update on my Portnockie Rock order. Not holding up any hope of receiving it. Buy your whisky elsewhere!!

Zero customer service. Waited weeks for order, chased and chased no responses at all. After a number of weeks part of the order arrived and was incorrect. Still waiting for a response a further 10 days down the line. Avoid at all costs - there are much better Whisky specialists that do not act like con artists.

I placed an order over a month ago and it says being processed.
I have sent E-mails and tried to call and it goes straight to answer machine..
Can you let me know what is going on with it.

Feel like it's a total scam.
Ordered Portknockie release in Dec 2021. Email informed being shipped in Feb 22. In May numerous emails sent with them claiming that FedEx has lost the parcel and so they are no longer shipping overseas. Beginning of June requested refund and told will take 2 to 5 days to appear. Now end of June and no product and no refund and no response to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a bottle of whisky "kilkerran 8 years cask strength" on March 24th. However, I am still waiting my bottle and the order status stays in processing forever.
I sent more than ten mails to customer service center and there is no response.

Recently received my bottle of Portnockie 12 year old limit edition. The labelling should never have passed any quality control. This bottle is for collection and not consuming. I’ve had no response to my email. I think as a customer I deserve better than this.

Placed and order on the 8th of April, still waiting.
No reply to emails, no answer on the phone.

Recently ordered 2 bottles and took over a week to dispatch. Ignored 2 x emails and a telephone call.
Dispatched even after I cancelled my order.

Very poorly packaged. Will never order from this company again!!
