Good overall experience. Any question I had were answered in a professional manner and in layman’s terms which was great. Only negative I would add is that at times responses were sometimes more than 24 hours later and I found that at times I was chasing for updates and only found out what the updates were after chasing, finding that updates had been in for days to a week with no communication until I chased.
