This site is a scam! I paid for a title plan which never arrived. I tried sending numerous enquiries - there is no phone number to contact them directly - and received no response.
AVOID.
Ordered online, I gave specific requests for documents because their sites cater for specific requests. What I received was not even remotely what I had ordered. I queried their submissions but never got a reply. I noticed there was no other contact details other than a messaging system online through their webpage - very convenient I thought!
SCAM! Avoid like the plague, their site takes money and delivers nothing, no response to queries. Claimed social media pages don't exist.
They don't make it clear they are not an official body. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
SCAM BEWARE & AVOID - They do not reply to questions after purchase. They say on their site 5 days to reply to support tickets. I have been waiting over 3 weeks so far. I did not get the correct paperwork or plan that was paid for. Like a complete tit I paid twice thinking I would get the correct documents the second time as they had not replied, nope! You may as well throw your money in the bin. On investigation, Land Search Service Limited, Hungarian director SZABO, Balazs. Scotland Search or scotlandsearch.org.uk AVOID. I'm going to trading standards and instigating a chargeback on my card purchases.
You may land on this site via a link on a local government site but scotlandsearch are not a government agency. They do say this on the site, but it is not obvious.
