I had new windows and doors fitted by Scotmax recently and can't praise them highly enough from quote to survey to installation absolutely excellent service, which I'm not surprised by as they had already fitted roofline to my house and garage and also coated the roof on the house as well and for all the jobs their service has been 5 star. I would highly recommend Scotmax to anyone thinking of using them.

Am so delighted with my new windows. From the initial competitive quote which Scott provided straightaway to the end result of having my beautiful windows fitted in a matter of weeks, I am completely blown away by the excellent service provided. Craig and Gary only took a day to fit all 4 windows and were so friendly and professional. Chris then arrived to check that I was completely satisfied with everything.

I would absolutely recommend Scotmax. I'm now looking forward to getting my roofline done next month.

I had my timber roofline replaced with UPVC and all my gutters and downpipes replaced as well as my roof cleaned and coated. The guys did a very good job and I’m really happy with the results. I would recommend this company.

Superb company. Over last three years we have used them to replace windows, clean and treat roof, replace roofline and last week replace front door. All work done to high standard and we have had some bad weather to see how work stood upto test. Always find Scott and Chris great to deal with and although we had a couple of small issues they were dealt with immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Stupidly we fell for this company’s sales pitch and advertising stating that they are “Trusted to Deliver Quality” we engaged them to remove all old Roofline products and replace with uPVC on our house and garage, you expect it to be done right!

Unfortunately we have found to our cost that this is not the case, instead they have left our well maintained property in a worse condition than what it was in originally before they touched it. The Roofline Products they use are not a Veka product; Veka UK Group does not manufacture or supply roofline products and the displaying of that Veka logo as an approved installer does Not Include Roofline products.

Quotes from their advertising which they did not deliver on are “Skills you can Trust”? “Receive the Best Possible Service”? “Feels Like your Home is in Safe Hands”? We didn’t! “Your roofline is an important part of your home and you'll want to ensure that it is doing the job it's supposed to” It isn’t!

The work was outsourced to casual labour let loose on our property that relies on the shoddy work and damage done to your property not being discovered, their work may look OK from ground level but is actually not.

18mm is recommended for Full Facia Replacement, a mixture of 16mm and 9mm used and they left holes and broken tiles on the house roof, unseated garage roof tiles, all joints in the gutters leaking and overflowing, the house and garage replacement plastic dry verge not fitted to the manufactures instructions has left our house roof and gable ends not wind and water tight.

We raised a court action against them before finally recovering 64.1% of the original price paid, its taken18 months after this botched job was first brought to their attention. You can save yourself a Lot of hassle, time and money by using a recognized reputable company that will carry out and deliver quality roofline work. Watch out and don’t get Caught Out.
