Had a worst time with Scotpac specially a person called Ben. We had a finance with them however kept on charging us extra extra money. Will never recommend them to anyone. Other companies agent so are good polite and helpful however this agent is very rude and does not listen to you.

Friendly Staff

Absolutely torturous experience
Absolutely torturous experience ; the finance was approved, then revoked because the dealer i bought it off ' didn't have a dealership with bunting and a silly wind man flapping his arms about " ; this was despite the dealer being part of a well known dynasty operating out of the Parramatta Road for over 30 years. Finally got it set through another broker.
The dealer told me it had been approved. No contact from Scotpac , either with a payment schedule or a detailed breakdown of charges ; i paid the first payment to find that another payment to Scotpak had been taken out (?) also it would be nice to have been given a contact to be able to talk to if necessary . Just really secretive and not approachable.

Management by Exception
When i needed funds to top up your business declined it on basis the turnover was below a certain amount. Thats very unusual as i had a great record with excellent credit history - never defaulted on any repayments. But now my business has picked up further jobs/contacts thus we are doing well.
