We tried to get money back defraude d by Shen Ye, director of Scot Reliance Clean Ltd.

Ms Shen Ye is deceptive, rude and unreliable. She lies and uses excuses not to return the rents she collects on behalf the owner (she is still due to return over £1000!!). Her company Scot Reliance Clean Ltd has been struck-off and suspended for a number of times in less than 5 years.
We reported her to the police with ref no. 202004111333 and in the process of recovering the money she owes. If you have similar experience, please contact 0044 7941921038.

We used the service of Scot Reliance to clean our oven.
They did a really poor job, they destroyed our floor and they refuse to pay for it.

A superb job by Kevin and his team! They left my old flat in immaculate condition, hitting all the points on the end of tenancy checklist while listening to my specific requests e.g. removing candle wax from the fireplaces. Their offer to return for free should anything be highlighted during the final inspection is also very generous and reassuring.

Friendly, reliable and customer-orientated. Would recommend to anyone.

We used Scot Reliance Clean for an end of tenancy clean in a rented flat we were vacating. Kevin and the girls did a fantastic job - very thorough and they managed to do in a few hours, what would have taken me 2 days! We have now had our full deposit returned by the Landlord. They arrived on time, worked quickly and brought all their own equipment.

I called this company at the last minute and they were able to fit me in right away. The staff that came out were very efficient, friendly, uniformed and provided identification. They had done a fantastic job in my property and I am very happy that I had picked them to clean my property. Would highly recommend this company to everyone looking for a end of tenancy clean.
