We were scheduled to have a viewing today at 10:00 on the 16th August. We called the agency to tell them we’re on our way and called them once we’d arrived, only to be told different stories.

First we were told there was no scheduled viewing booked for us. Then we were told the booking was actually scheduled for 12:30. Which we didn’t mind because we would’ve spent time in the city while waiting. WE THEN RECEIVED A CALL STATING THAT THE CURRENT TENANTS ARE ON HOLIDAY AND THE AGENT DOES NOT HAVE KEYS FOR THE HOUSE, FOR A VIEWING TO TAKE PLACE.

I’m sorry but this is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. We drove all the way from Worcester. I’m at a loss for words. I won’t mention the names of the people involved because I believe we all make mistakes, however I needed to vent about this because I’m very annoyed.

The lady on the phone was lovely, apologised, and promised we’d get called on Monday to reschedule…

Having moved every year for the past ten years, I am thoroughly impressed and blown away by the service Scott Fraser provided. In particular, Sofia Wilkins from Witney branch who has been amazing throughout this whole process. They are responsive, considerate and goes above and beyond to be inform and support as much as possible. Having Sofia as our point of contact has made this move seamless, stress free and an enjoyable experience. She always responded quickly and even with things she did not readily know answer to, was helpful in liasing with landlords and finding information as efficiently as possible. She and the team went above and beyond whenever possible and has been accomodating consistently. We are very happy with the service Scott Fraser has provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for properties and rentals. Thank you Sofia and team for all your help and support.

If I could give negative numbers I would!
Still waiting for my deposit, holding deposit and months rent - which was paid upon signing....only to have them break contract ON the day we were moving in.
They made excuses and denied it was their fault, blaming landlord and goodlord...even though they offered us a contract and took our money, knowing full and well the landlord hadn't agreed.
