Phoned to get a quote for gold sovereigns and was given prices slightly higher than elsewhere. Made an appointment for two days later. Morgan dealt with the transaction in a friendly and efficient way. I left with the paperwork I required and money was in my bank account two days later.

From booking an appointment to the sale itself is always a pleasure.
Despite being the least of their customers ( I'm sure :) ) Morgan always treats me as i was their best. She goes above and beyond with the payment to be sent ASAP including a later Friday sale with Bank holiday Monday coming up, when she made sure i received the payment on that day. Every time It's a tiny island of calm an pleasant in my not so calm situtation at the moment.

I contacted Scottish Bullion about selling them some gold coins. They offered me a fair market price for the coins, on their weight.
My time in their office was brief, Morgan was quick to verify the coins and take my details for payment.
