Easy to navigate throughout for opening my grandsons JISA.

I initially looked at Scottish Friendly as I had seen it had received awards for providing best Junior ISAs. It was easy to apply and it’s even easier to keep track on my child’s account. I have just made another account for my eldest, and will be creating a 3rd for my middle child. Would highly recommend! App is very simple to navigate!

Easy to setup and navigate. The one time I needed to speak to someone I got through to a very helpful, good English speaking chap who was very helpful. If you're looking to save with a plan you can use the calculator to see where your savings will be and when. I would recommend saving with Scottish Freindly.

The app is great for me.
I log in and I see my balance.
I’ve not used any other features, but looking at the app, I don’t foresee it being an app that is difficult to navigate

I paid into the critical health care insurance policy for years assured Scottish Friendly would be there for me when needed. I had a heart attack which led ultimately to needing to give up a well paid job. My claim was rejected due to a very narrow policy conditions I deem unfair. I met one condition being heart muscle damage (Troponin blood test) but I did not have an ECG which showed it - my type of heart attack (even though medically it qualifies as a heart attack) does not show it. The exclusion is on technical grounds and the lack of ECG change DOES NOT RULE OUT A HEART ATTACK. People should be forewarned that this insurer does not provide fair service

Terrible experience with Scottish Friendly (more like Scottish Unfriendly). I set up child Isa x2 but then changed my mind. I spoke to them and emailed them to advise them to close the newly opened account. However, a lot of money was still taken from my account which left me in diffs. I was assured that I'd quickly be reimbursed. This never happened. Two weeks later my only option was to claim a direct debit indemnity through my own bank. Stay clear!!!

Had awful trouble accessing my account online despite several attempts. Locked out in the end. Rang up, got Declan (only 1-2 minutes to wait for the call to be taken) he was great.
Unlocked the account, set up new password and was sorted in no time! So many thanks Declan!

Awful company , trying to transfer money out of an ISA has now taken since 25th September for a simple transaction.Poor communication and i feel they are usin staling tactics to retain the money in their grubby paws. Supposed to take five working days, But if you cancel a direct debit they are in touch within two days.

Appalling customer service from Scottish Friendly (or should I say, Unfriendly!).
If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Scottish Friendly do not take responsibility for their failures and certainly do not take complaints seriously.
They are poor communicators and their customer service team (if you can call them that) are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude.
