Understanding and patient team when we had to delay installation due to delays with our building work at our new house . Very helpful .

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Everyone involved was very helpful, good advice and attention to detail. Fitting was very efficient and took far less time than expected. Overall highly recommended.

The team were friendly, helpful and professional and the guys who fitted my blinds were amazing.
They took the time to show me how the power blinds worked via the remote and phone app too as well as
ensuring all blinds worked and looked great.
Would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting blinds and I would also recommend the power blinds too.

Had all of my windows done.We did notice there was a problem with the 2 blinds in our living room. At first this was called parallax
( showing window frame from angles).
David the Director of the company came all the way from Dundee to Aberdeen to check. He did state that his original measurement was technically correct. However I wasn't happy with the external view from the house that showed my middle window frames on both windows.
David said if I wasn't happy that he would change it as his company believed that the customer should always be happy with their product. I found him and Judith to be ultimate professionals. Their staff Rachel in the office kept me informed at all times and the two fitters were lovely guys too. Thank you all for being so understanding and above all fair, this is very rare these days. I would highly recommend this company if your looking at shutters

Searched online for a Luxflex retailer, It is Scottish shutter company. Called to get assistace from this company, and they only help if they supplied and fitted your blinds. pretty poor having the franchise but selecting which one's you will service.
I have contacted Luxflex direct to see how they can help.

I ordered 2 pairs of wooden shutters to match my window frames. They look absolutely fabulous. They took a long time to arrive but were well worth the wait. They fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted.
I thoroughly recommend this company. They have been careful, polite and informative throughout.

Amazing service, really high quality product, expert and rapid installation and above all really great communication from the team. Exceeded my expectations in every way, despite a long wait due to covid restrictions (which the team were great at respecting!) Really happy with my experience with Scottish Shutters, by far the most pleasant I've had as a new homeowner who's had a decent amount of installations done. 100% would recommend to anyone!

We can not recommend the Scottish Shutter Company enough. Very professional from quotation to installation , helpful, friendly and the quality of their blinds are first class.

We have to praise their communication during the COVID lockdown and their quick efforts to have our blinds installed once lockdown restrictions eased. Our new house has simply been transformed and we couldn’t be happier.

We had moved into a new build property and after visiting this company's showroom in Edinburgh decided on a combination of wooden shutters,wooden blinds and vertical blinds for kitchen, garden room and sitting room. I have to say we are delighted with our choices particularly the shutters in seamist colour which are so classy looking and have been much admired. Ditto the blinds. The staff are extremely knowledgeable (they are a family company and take great pride in the service they offer and have won awards). There are many options to choose from and the staff will explain the advantages of one style against another. There is definitely no "hard sell" just friendly and extremely efficient service. The shutters are made in China and are delivered by sea as they are quite heavy but the wait of approx 12 weeks was worth it. I would say do not be tempted by cheaper options. This company knows everything there is to know about choosing and fitting shutters and blinds. Hats off to David and the team and also the admin team in Dundee.
