KIM THE OWNER IS A COLD HEARTED THIEF!

If I could give it a negative 100 rating I would. The owner Kim is a money hungry, mean, not kind person. I have a lease and my car was running perfect. All I did was go get an oil change. Worst decision I made. During the oil change I was told my car is in need of an update on the computer. I said my car is fine, but they insisted I needed this update. After the update my car hasn't been working properly. All warning signs all over my panel. So I had to bring it in again to get fixed. I used the service shuttle for a ride. While I'm waiting I get a call from Scotts that my oil change wire needs to be fixed and it's gonna cost me 200 dollars to fix it. I said that isn't correct. My car is a lease. They said it doesn't matter. They claimed my car the wire was eaten by a rodent or mouse. First of all. I don't have a rodent or a mouse problem. My house is very clean and I'm also a certified pesticide applicator. I know how to prevent a house from rodents. It was also insulting that the service men said that. Second my case was running fine until I had this update done to the car. I told the service guy to not fix the wire and I'm going to call Kim the owner to rectify this situation. I couldn't believe how Kim handled this. She starts giving me this crazy ass story how Volkswagen uses peanut butter oil for their wiring. I can tell she isn't going to fix this situation. I said Kim I've been a loyal customer to you guys for over 10 years. My car is a lease and it was running fine until I had this update. She didn't care. I said Kim, " you going to lose a customer over a 200 dollar wire." She still didn't care at all. I said Kim, " if my car doesn't get fixed without me having to pay 200 bucks for a wire that I had nothing to do with. I'm going to go and change every good review I gave your company and make them horrible." Kim said I take that as a threat and I'm keeping your car." Then hung up on me. OMG! I was heated. I called back and spoke to a manager and said if Kim doesn't give me my car back, I'm going to call the cops and come their with the cops to get my car back and you guys will be all over the news. Tanya the manager was very smart. She went and talked to Kim to let her know I wasn't messing around. She called me back and said their going to send someone to pick me up so I can get my car. Can you believe this nightmare I went through. All if this for a car that was running perfectly until I had that dam update. Kim is pure evil! I also want to let it be known. All their great reviews you see on Google. What they leave out is if you buy a car and leave a good review. They'll do your first oil change for free. That's the only reason why they get good reviews. 99% of dealerships if you lease a car you get free oil changes during the whole time of your lease. Not at Scotts Volkswagen. All they care about is robbing loyal customers and treating them like dirt. Kim cares more about the almighty dollar then keeping a loyal customer. The place is a joke. Stay away from them!
