I was consistently rebutted into answers that where no where near relevant to my problem or the issue I had. I continued to ask how to submit my reduced fee approval letter and was told I needed an enrollment number or confirmation number which are non existent they do not use them for the process I was trying to have done I was refused a way to submit my forms and now that I am having the installation done on my vehicle I am paying 5 times what I was suppose to pay outta pocket and I was told none of the money would be able to be put towards future cost or billing. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. Dylan Eccles thank you for making this process so costly in and inconvenient that I am now in a very tight financial spot due to your lack of information and ability to do your job.

I emailed trying to figure out a solution in hopes for a partial refund because LifeSaver (partner) never explained that when applying for financial assistance that I would need to forward it to scram systems. Upon their email response was nothing short of automated. Worst companies to have to deal with ever!
