Awful

Firstly don't usually give bad reviews but I waited in all day for these people to collect my car for scrap. They didn't turn up. They answered my call & said they would get back to me, in a few minutes. Never rang me back. Tried repeatedly to ring them back with no reply. They are unreliable & I wouldn't recommend! You can't leave a review on their website, I wonder why! Just read "wise consumer" review & it said that my car scrap northwest was the same company scrap my car cash. I also tried to use this company & again they didn't turn up!
