Screen Fixers 

I got my Iphone's screen fixed with this company. Just within a year under my screen started playing up. They don't use the original iphone screen and use cheap screen.

scammed me too .. sent my sons iphone 7plus and they blamed courier company said not received it.. chased up weeks with courier company no sign of them still having it.. it was delivered to them yet they scammed me and said not received it... police need to arrest them asap! my phone was a black iphone 7plus - I left a lost message on the screen through itunes too .. anyone get this at all?

I would obviously give 0 stars if I could but like the person below, I’m really trying to work out how to get my phone back from these con artists. Does anybody have any idea the process to report the stolen phones? Is it a police matter?

I send my iPhone 7 to get repaired had used screen fixers before with no issues. They had it 2 months before they advised me they have stopped trading. Had to mess about getting a refund back but claimed through my paypal. I sent this off in November it’s now February and have not recieved my phone back this is STEALING, they of course won’t reply back so where does that leave me?

I sent this company my iPhone in the hope of the screen being repaired but nearly two weeks down the line and haven't received my device back and after reading these it seems like i'm not the only one. This company should of closed with pride but instead have left a train of frustrated customer.
i can't even claim a refund back from them!

This busines had my ipad for two weeks before knowing.i had to ring and complain before they tried to find it two days later ,they find it.over a week later I got ipad back and they have put a screen on without fingerprint capabilities.on of the top feature and one reason I bought it.ive complained and they want me to spend £9-75 sending to them so the same people that broke it take it apart and tell me why .well if they are Judge ‘Jury n Executioners.it worked they sent it back “much” later and it didn’t work,mmmmm yeah right.My advice steer well clear DONT GO NEAR .!!!!!

My friend still hasn’t revived his iPhone back after they have closed . Anyone got any info how he can contact them

Received iPhone back after three weeks- not fixed! Seems they've stopped trading. Hopefully, PayPal will process a refund for us so will only be the cost of initial postage out of pocket.
*** Also received someone else's iPhone! Unfortunately it has not been set to "Missing" so hopefully, we can trace the owner thru Apple!

Update: Received the iPad ( screen fixed and fully working)

There seems to be something wrong with the company. I hope they have not ceased trading as its great value repair. Although there was much delay i finally got by iPad back repaired in high quality and working. I can see new iPad Frame Bezel as well.

On 3rd December, 2018 i raised order for screen repair. On 6th December, 2018 received message that Device repaired. On 13th December, 2018 they asked for more money stating "Additional Repair Required: iPad Frame Bezel". I paid this money promptly so that i can get my iPad before festival time.

Haven't received my iPad as yet.

Sent iPad for repair, The emailed me 1 week after receiving it claiming it needed extra work that was going to cost a further £120. I asked for the device to be sent back to me. One week later I got an email saying my refund and return had been processed. My device arrived with me about a further week later but no refund.

Having been trying to get hold of them over the festive period without success I have been on the website today and found the attached message. It would appear the business has stopped trading. I would suspect that due to the fact they are advising people to claim their payments back via there payment provider and not just refunding them themselves probably means there is no money and it's been spent!

Another Fraudulent Company! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICES HERE!

Really disappointed with the service and would strongly advise against anyone using screen fixers: badly performed repairs with poor quality components and non-existent customer service if anything goes wrong.

I sent my phone to Screen Fixers to get the screen replaced. Despite the site repeatedly assuring a "same day" repair, my phone was in their possession for four days before it was posted back to me. Including the weekend, it was 8 days between posting my phone and receiving it back. I left on holiday before it returned so was without a phone for the trip.

The repair itself was a shoddy job: the replacement screen has an area where colours are not displayed properly. This worsens whenever i touch the screen - you know when you poke an LCD computer monitor too hard? It looks like that whenever I press the screen or home button. The earpiece was gummed up with solidified glue that had spilled out onto the glass, and the screen has since cracked again after a short period of normal use. No refund was offered despite my asking several times, and they stopped responding to my emails even though I was polite and only asking for a refund.

DON’T USE! IS A SCAM!

I sent my Apple Watch for screen replacement and they sent back the item without touching it!!! No explanation no nothing!

I sent my iPhone 6 to have a new screen fitted, they tried to "up sell" me when they got it saying that it needed more work for extra money (it was in perfect working order when i sent it to them). when i got it back the screen was fixed but the phone was locked with a new password, i have been tying to contact them for the last 3 weeks via email and phone, they just don't answer, i have tried a factory reset and the phone now does not work at all.

I am about to take them to the small claims court.

Long shot has anyone received an iPad that wasn’t theirs from screenfixers!
I sent in my autistic sons iPad to be fixed it is a large ipad5 and I have not received back my isons iPad!
My son relies on it for the apps that was on it.
We were totally scammed!

Don't bother sending your phone to these people. I paid for a screen repair on 1st December and asked for a return pack sending out to me. By the 12th December I still hadn't received the pack so i asked for my money back. They replied with "we'll send a pack out" no apology or anything. By 18th december still no pack. Luckily i paid with Paypal so raised a complaint. They didn't even respond to the paypal complaint and paypal refunded my money on the 4th January. Disgusting service stay well away.

Awful company! Sent my I Phone for a screen replacement - heard nothing for 2 weeks then got my phone returned in the same condition it was when it was sent....
Currently in the process of making a claim back for the repair cost through PayPal. At least I got my phone back though. Do not trust these 5 star reviews - they are obviously fake!

Gone Bust, my daughters ipad was repaired and returned, I was lucky, but now it doesn’t work properly, I contacted my bank Barclays who refunded my money. You should be able to get a refund if you haven’t received the service you paid for.

Very straightforward, send the phone off, they send you the box to send it in, they mend it and send it back, simples. Fab, definitely recommend
