I purchased a 4000 cd/m2 High Brightness Display and very very satisfied.

If I would give 10 star I could! have had an inquiry for 85 inch screen find them on internet called Screen Moove to request some information and best possible price, they offered really great price and service, everything was perfect.

I ordered and paid for a GPU that was later confirmed to be out of stock. While the company did process a refund promptly (which I appreciate), the situation itself caused significant inconvenience and additional costs.

This purchase was part of a scheduled custom PC build being carried out by a third-party engineer. The out-of-stock issue only became apparent after payment was taken, which meant:

The system build was disrupted and delayed

I had to re-plan my entire build at short notice

I incurred additional time and coordination costs with the builder

The wider market for GPUs is currently extremely volatile, so losing a confirmed order at this stage had a real financial and practical impact

Stock accuracy is critical when selling high-value components, especially in the current market. Customers should not be able to complete payment for items that are not actually available. This is not just an inconvenience – it can derail carefully planned system builds and project timelines.

Customer support handled the refund professionally, but the underlying issue should not have occurred in the first place. I would expect better inventory controls and order validation to prevent customers from paying for items that are not in stock.

Poor customer service. Daniel head of sales was very rude over the phone. They are selling a screen for £3780, found elsewhere for £2650. They were rude and has trust issues to the extent I had to send them their competitors invoice and they still don't believe they are over charging. Stay away from this company, as they are over priced, rude and difficult to speak to them when you need them!

I don't know where to start about how GREAT my interactions with ScreenMoove have been. I have bought & returned multiple items from them & they have always been available to help no matter the task. Their staff members such as Daniel and Suhail have always assisted me in whatever I've needed helping to make the right purchase or guiding me on how to make a return.

As someone who wasn't too knowledgeable in this technological space it was good to know that this company were always available when I had any questions even when I had so many. Any ordered items arrived quickly and communication when required was clear. I am very happy with ScreenMoove, will happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking to use them. They also have a great product range and easy to use website! Very happy to see a company do it the right way.
