Really bad company when you buy…

Really bad company when you buy something from software and product company you’d expect the customer service will be amazing all you get is a long wait on hold and then finally a rude person on the other side on the phone I actually returned my order because of this couldn’t be arsed dealing with this everytime I have a problem.

They are absolutely went above and beyond. I have been facing issue to activate my product last few days they spent around 6 hours on the phone for last 2 days to resolve my problem. Very satisfied

According to our records, your order was placed on 28 August 2024, and the fault was reported on 15 May 2025—well beyond our 30-day return window. As such, the product is now covered under the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty.

While many resellers ask customers to deal directly with the manufacturer, we’ve supported your case on your behalf and secured a replacement approval within just 3–4 working days. However as per the brand’s warranty policy, returning the faulty item to the manufacturer is your responsibility. The replacement will be dispatched once they receive the returned unit.

At Screen Moove, we pride ourselves on strong vendor-customer relationships and always do our best to assist customers promptly. In this case, we’ve already arranged everything to ensure a smooth resolution for you.

The manufacturer has authorised your replacement, and you simply need to return the faulty unit to the address they provided via email. Once received, they’ll send your new item without delay.
