Really bad company when you buy something from software and product company you’d expect the customer service will be amazing all you get is a long wait on hold and then finally a rude person on the other side on the phone I actually returned my order because of this couldn’t be arsed dealing with this everytime I have a problem.

According to our records, your order was placed on 28 August 2024, and the fault was reported on 15 May 2025—well beyond our 30-day return window. As such, the product is now covered under the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty.

However as per the brand’s warranty policy, returning the faulty item to the manufacturer is your responsibility. The replacement will be dispatched once they receive the returned unit.
