Sells hard-to-find items
Just about the only company that sells Franmar products in the UK, notably their Un-Lok screen stripper, which is good stuff.
Web site has issues (on an iPad), but the small problem that I hit was fixed straight away with an on-line chat.
Super-quick delivery via DPD.

Best single colour press in Valencia!
I live in Alicante, Spain and getting hold of a decent single colour press locally has been a nightmare. Thankfully I found Screen Print World and was over-the-moon when they said they could deliver internationally. I bought a Riley Hopkins 150 Junior and although it took longer than normal to arrive, thanks to shipping delays and strikes, Nick kept me informed and it was delivered yesterday. I put it together without a hitch thanks to the clear instructions. Today I printed my first tee and it exceeded my expectations. Top drawer quality and service all the way. Thanks guys, you've made a newbie printer very happy!

SPW aftersales and service department Big Up...
SPW aftersales and service department big up here... we had a weird issue with our Red Chili Flash, more specifically the optical sensor not triggering the flash to come on when printing onto very specific garments. One email to the LEGEND Jordan Cox in the service department was all it took to diagnose and fix the issue, plus gain a full understanding as to what was causing the issue to that it could be remedied quickly in the future without causing any downtime. Give that man a raise ;)

purchasing emulsion and screen cleaner
I have just purchased Screen Sol QT Emulsion with sensitiser and un-lok screen unblocker from Screenprint world and both products have done exactly what I needed. The emulsion has given me a great level of detail and the unblocker has cleaned emulsion off old screens giving them a new lease of life.
In addition, I needed some technical help and drove up to visit Dave and the team and he was super helpful, not letting me leave until he was sure the issue was fixed. Best ever customer service! Thanks :)
