I had a great experience with ScreenRec support. I reached out because I received a cancellation notice even though I believed my subscription was still active. Deyan from the support team responded quickly, clearly explained what happened, and confirmed that my Pro subscription is active through March 2027.

Not only did he clarify the situation, but he also refunded my last payment and kept my current paid plan active as a goodwill gesture. The response was fast, professional, and very helpful.

This is a super-simple program that is fantastically useful. I use it mostly for capturing stills I want to show my family. Haven't done much video. This TOTALLY beats my old screen capture program! Thank you!

The unnoisy UI of the tool is simple to use, processes the video well after capturing and makes it available to download, and doesn't ask for any card registration or anything. The company is taking care of the utmost needed feature of the tool from the user's perspective, i.e., capturing the screen, and it is very well sufficient to be liked incrementally by users.

As a teacher during pandemic days 6 years ago, screenrec was my tool to reach my students safely to educate them and send them useful videos in many subjects and I recommended it to many of my colleages and even after pandemic the application was helpful for me to record important steps and information for me. It was very helpful.

The app works great in Windows but not in Linux (even though there's a linux download on the website). The company though is good with support and communication. Not intrusive and seem to be a good digital samaritan.

Its really good since you can easily start recording anytime! and the menu chills in your side bar. Honestly my only problems is the quality for free users and not being able to pro-record, where you record after the moment and you can make it record back inda like playstations built in recod system has that
