Screenscape is a good interface for providing customers with information and visuals. it has a variety of templates that allow the user to show weather, news, and social media handlers. Screenscape also allows the user to show videos and pictures through a variety of formats. Overall, Screenscape works well with very few interruptions.

I love Screenscape ... we look so professional and our guests LOVE it. I've experience a couple ongoing minor tech challenges, like the box with the video content sometimes mysteriously goes blank. Also if our wifi goes down and then returns, Screenscape doesn't automatically reconnect. Both issues require me to climb on a ladder to reset the power to the unit which I'm not always available to go.

So far Screenscape has been great, but we've had a few minor glitches with screens playing when they're no longer scheduled to play. Also, I feel like the "publish" option is a little unnecessary when I can just schedule when I want something to display.

I wish it was more flexible. I need to make my content fit the template. I need more text capabilities, and if I'm using a visual, the text capabilities are very limited.

Nice program but have a hard time understanding why a Canadian Company would bill a another Canadian company in US dollars.

Would give 5 stars for product and ease of use! Needs better training on how to create content. Webinar don't cover how to create content well enough. I spent a lot of time and figured most things out myself, but ScreenScape should be more creative for us. Love the product!!!!!!

system seems easy to set up, lots of good content and seems to never have any glitches or screen freezes which lets everyone focus more on the job at hand. Customers seem to like the news headlines as well as our advertisements

Screenscape is very easy to use and the templates look great. I've had only a little trouble with the RSS feed, where it shows updated news on my computer but not on the TV screen.

I started out with great expectations but just got too busy and failed to immediately sit down and work through the pilot module. Then weeks later I had forgotten the basics of how to get back on track with the product... I have thoughts of using the product several times a week but just lack the time to follow through... perhaps a scheduled webinar or a one-on-one learning session would have helped me get beyond the initial excitement to actually using the product

I have been using ScreenScape since spring of 2015. I really like the product and will continue to use it. It would be good to manage Content from mobile devices. There should be more capacity to load more than 60 videos. Most important improvement would be the ability to upload pictures associated with RSS feeds created from twitter lists etc. More development on FB feeds would be good as well. These are a few things I'll mention now and I know the product will improve over time. I'm committed to ScreenScape and will be ordering more units next week.

The ScreenScapes team is good they are very helpful. I have found some problems with you tube video(Channels) that do not work properly. The Ad mats are very good and very helpful.

ScreenScape is an easy to use communications tool that allows us to get current information to the Club's members on a daily basis. It's colourful, fun and informative.... and inexpensive too!
