Long delivery time, poor communication, inferior quality product.
Item took over a week to even ship, and in that time there was no communication from the company. I emailed twice and started 2 chats to get an idea of when it would arrive and then was just told to read the shipping information (which said orders take 3/4 days to send then can take 8-10 days to arrive). Item was sent from China, not Australia as expected, was sent in cheap packaging and the item was made of inferior materials. I could have bought the same item from Temu for a lower price with better communication from the seller but didn’t as I didn’t want a cheap product, however this is exactly what I got from Scribble Snacks. A shame as their website is quirky and items well curated, however my experience has put me off being from them again.

Good quality, great customer service
I love my croissant phone case. The first one I had broke after two years of use and when I needed a new one they had exactly what I needed. Great customer support when the case I ordered was out of stock. Will shop here again

Disappointing little mess
Tiny tree arrived all squished and flat in a plastic bag. Fake snow bits are all falling off and causing a mess everywhere.
Definitely not what I expected and quite disappointed with this tree.
