over one year ago I have ordered 3 items. Two of them were delivered. I don't want to comment on the quality advertised versus the actual, however, the third item never came.
They do not have any phone for customer service, only email, therefore I have contacted them via email.
The first two emails seemed to be civilized, asking for more details, then acknowledging the situation. Then they came the few out of office automated replies, then quite and quite.
This company it's a sham. DO NOT BUY anything from them!

There should be a zero rating for this gang of thieves in China. Their products are not as advertised, terrible quality, worse finishing. Some of the products online are not even made yet so are unavailable, and they never have a return address so it is impossible to return their garbage to them, and they write you a million emails from a million people so you get lost in trying to get a refund, thieves, thieves, thieves is all I have to say about them

DISHONEST COMPANY: their adverts should be banned! I ordered goods worth 82$ that never arrived. I had to prove the carrier company was lying about their “successful delivery”, which I did via the Post Office; then they agreed a full refund. That was over 6 months ago. They have no intention of returning my money. I am furious. What a s***t company 😡😡😡

This company is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. Instagram should not be allowing them to advertise on their site. They were paid over months ago for items that arrived much later than promised. The quality was horrible, I requested a return authorization. After attempting to get me keep everything at a discounted price, the finally gave me a return authorization number. I tracked the shipment. It was delivered more than 6 weeks ago yet I still have not received a refund. They owe me almost $100. Now they are not answering emails.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a dress in January, I didn't receive it (out of stock), I have been fighting for a refund since. They have said the money was refunded but it hasn't! I don't know how a company can get away with stealing money from customers!
DON'T order from this company.

I wish I could give them a zero. Do not buy from them.
I returned the items over a month ago due to the items not being in America sizing, and they have both my money and the returned items.

They are not being responsive and now I am going to file a complaint with the better business company, and file a complaint with my credit card company.
Unacceptable

I wish I had seen these reviews before spending so much money on this garbage product. Seams are unfinished. What is supposed to be embroidery is poorly stamped on paint. The fabric itself is some awful, plastic-like garbage. And after numerous e-mails back and forth, taking photos of all the pieces with the original packing it looks like I’m not going to be reimbursed. I’ll be taking the “stuff”, because I can’t call it clothing, to Goodwill but I don’t know if they’ll even take it. Again, this stuff is garbage! I learned my lesson. DO NOT buy from shady, unknown companies online. Ugh!

Bad experience, bad quality late delivery.

I cannot explain how awful the the experience and the product is. ordered in 27.01.19 arrived on 22.04.19 after writing several times to customer service who told me to get in contact with the delivery company (as if I had been contracted them).
Product arrived - it has nothing to do with the visual that was presented on the web, quality of fabric is bad, sews are on the face of the product .....

The items, I received, was made without the linings, so front panel keep showing up in front, when you ware it. The fabric is cheap polyester.
Second item that they advertised wasn't even made yet. After waiting a half of month and cancelling a second order, to get the refund has been long and painfull process. 25 days, lots of emails back and forth, opened dispute with credit card and they are still refusing to simply give you a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

What a mess! I ordered a jacket for a show I'm currently performing in on 2/16 & it just arrived today! It smelled like chemicals, & the size was way off... the armholes are so small, I could barely get it on and the chest measurement was 39" for a 3X!. I got the run around for the past month and a half and will now tell anyone who will listen! I advised them I will not pay the postage to send it back to China' will call the credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge. So glad I didn't use my debit card for this!

I would like to give 0 star, but it is not possible.
The fabric looks like the one they use to make dolls dresses. It is so cheap. I would be able to wear any of the pieces I bought.
The size, I don't understand, for one dress M is like a XL for me, for an other one it is ok.
And last, it doesn't look like what I order !

The worst online shop you may ever buy clothes! The photos are completely different from reality..! The quality is so cheap that I cannot wear any of the received items (I ordered 5 pieces - arrived 2 months later, some distroyed)! Really cheap materials! They don’t do refunds as other online stores!!! Don’t buy from them!!!

I wish I read these reviews before buying with scribstyle. I have purchased 4 items, and only received 2 and it took close to 2 months to receive them, (on the website, it says 10 to 20 business days)
The quality is very cheap...I'm shy of even putting these clothes on because the material is so cheap. I asked for a refund and never received anything. DONT BUY FROM THEM and spread your experience to everyone so that they dont buy from this company!!

The company is not reliable. I bought two jacket on January 1st. One of them arrived at the end of February and the other one hasn't.

I asked for a partial refund, but without any luck.

Ordered 3 items. They did not arrive. I tried to contact the company with no response. I contacted PayPal and eventually the company contacted me to say I could have a refund. I was then sent an email to say the refund would take 20 days to appear in my bank. 30 days later I’m still waiting

I ordered two dresses from their site. Good style and designs, it took minutes for me to process the payment. I choose express delivery as I needed the dress for an occassion after 18 days. Express delivery promises delivery within 7-15 days, so I thought I was safe and paid extra. It has been over 20 days and I have not received my order. I wrote to customer service and got a revert with tracking number, seems like they are trying to expedite it, but no news so far. I have spent double the amount to pay for another new dress as I did not get my dress on time. So far, the experience has been quite disappointing, they have not met the timelines, and there is no sigh of my dress arriving soon. No refund has been processed for express delivery amount or the dress. I shall update again about the quality of the dress and if I have to pay any duty to collect the dress further. Disappointed customer!

If only I looked at these reviews first !!!
Waited 6 weeks for a piece of tat to arrive from China !
This jacket was so poorly finished it was unbelievable , threads were left hanging on every seam, button you name it ! The neck edge looked as though it had been cut with a fork! I can't return it as Return label to China is not acceptable by Spain. I wrote an email to their Customer Service and guess what it was bounced back as domain not recognised !

Honestly? All clothes are rubbish! All kids sizes when they deliver after 35 days. Quality is unacceptable!!!! Dont waste your money on it.

Crap!!!!! I waited over a month for 2 jackets to arrive. Both looked like they were made by a kindergarten sewing class. Threads everywhere, no lining, and the thinest material possible. Shame on this retailer. Tried to ship back my returns and it was going to be over $50.00!!! This is how they trap you. I paid $14.00 to have them shipped to me.
Spend less on hot photos and more on quality Scribestyle!

Very disappointed with item received today. Bears little resemblance to the picture of the attractive jacket I thought I was buying. A very cheap looking synthetic material which I would never buy. No return facilities mentioned- looks like another rip off Chinese company. Very annoyed at myself for ordering from them.
