I placed an order on 21st Feb ‘25. Still nothing has arrived 5 months later! I completely forgot I had ordered with them until I saw an ad and remembered. I emailed them twice, once in March and April requesting an ETA; I received no response. At this stage I guess my only option is to report them to my bank and request a refund.

I have ordered a scrub up and it came way to small, trying to return and have emailed them many times but still no response or update how to confirm how to continue with the return ???

I already purchased the cases, and while doing that I also bought one of each bars. Th bars are amazing! All the solid products I have tried before are nothing compared to the ones from Scrubs-up. I already place a second big order of bars to fill up my stock!

I ordered a soap dish back on the 5th of October and have still not received the item , the payment was taken out of my account on that day. I have contacted them twice on there contact page and have still not had a reply. They are quick to take your money but do not have the decency to reply to any correspondence. they are an absolute disgrace !!!!!!!!!

Still waiting to receive this item and it’s been over a week now !!!!

Purchased sent back as too big explained on slip to no refund or communication, have emailed 3 times to no reply for 2 weeks now

placed an order through the website but still has not been despatched, no response to my email and no other means of contacting this company. There is no registered business address and no apparent record on companies house. I suspect these are fraudsters and I will not receive my goods or see my money again.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t even had a confirmation email never mind a delivery

The Scrubs Up shampoo and conditioner bars are fantastic! My hair does not become greasy as quickly as it does with traditional shampoos.
I tried a few shampoo bars, and they all left my hair far too dry (and were overpriced). 5 stars for these!

Dispatch took a while, but items arrived with extras to make up for it.
Communication if running behind could have been better, but all in all I’m happy with the products they provide.

I can't say it's yummy because it is soap. But it smells so good that I want to eat it. Or at least have that beautiful smelling lather all over me.

I love the soap. It works for face, body, and hair and makes them feel soft and rinses easily.

However, you are still using useless Hermes! They delivered the package last night outside my front door instead of the shed that I request them to leave parcels. I was away yesterday until tonight. It was pouring with rain all night and my neighbours found it this morning with the box disintegrated and the packaging and product wet through. It's so disappointing! Last time they stole the parcel!

First time I've used shampoo bar. It smells so nice and is super foamy (which I love) and the case very easy to open and close. Would 100% recommend.

I've been using solid shampoo and conditioner bars for a few years now, and this is definitely the best case, the bars are top-notch AND I love that I can buy them individually and not as a set!

The shampoo bars get a lovely lather, and the conditioner bars are easy to use.

Great product. Still to use the shampoo bar, but it smells amazing and the storage box is great. Looks nice in my bathroom too.

Really nice product first but suppose I don't want it being easy to open as could cause spills when packed away. I thought there would be some sort of shelf to stop the soap sitting in any water that does not drain out, there is a tiny bit of a side but not much, but still a really nice product and can't wait to start using it.

Great products, saves the soap bars from going all mushy and not drying out properly. Highly recommend especially for people on the go
