Very professional work. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. I had a very dirty carpet due to my dog mostly and it came out as new.

I can't recommend Scrubs Cleaning enough for end-of-tenancy cleaning! They were an absolute lifesaver. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. My apartment was left looking better than when I moved in.

She was able to acommodate my booking for the same day but at a later time when it was more convenient for me. This took out a lot of street for me afectively and quickly. I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Scrubs Cleaning during my end-of-tenancy clean. Communication was poor from the start—only one of the three cleaners could speak English, while the others spoke only Romanian, which made it very difficult to coordinate. We were quoted a price that supposedly included parking, but we were unexpectedly charged an additional £50, and then later told to pay extra £15 for parking several days because they obviously made a mistake in booking. The quality of the cleaning was unacceptable: many areas were left untouched, such as kitchen appliances, lamps, and surfaces, and what was cleaned was done so carelessly, using greasy cloths that left visible smears. When we pointed out these issues, they were completely unwilling to correct them. All just waiting for the payment outside our property and so ready to leave. They even damaged the curtain in front of the window and never acknowledged it. Customer services are very hard to reach--no one picked up calls initially. Items also went missing—and very good reason to suspect it's the cleaners who took them.
We were charged £550 for a service that we ultimately had to redo ourselves just to pass our inventory inspection. The overall experience felt chaotic, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I strongly advise others to stay away from Scrubs Cleaning.

The cleaners arrived on time and were polite. They mentioned the job would take 3–4 hours but finished in just 2.5 hours. While some areas were cleaned well, overall the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.

The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were generally fine, but a few parts of the bedroom cabinet still had dust, and the bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The checklist also mentioned the inside of the windows would be cleaned, but they were still dusty — we noticed this after the team had left.

We were especially disappointed with the kitchen. While the fridge, oven, and dishwasher were done, one of the drawers was completely untouched, and both the extractor and kitchen walls were greasy. When we asked about the walls, the cleaners said they wouldn’t clean them due to chipping paint. However, my wife and I later cleaned the stains easily using just water and a cloth. Unfortunately, we only noticed the dirty extractor after they had gone.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not up to the standard we expected. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.

Very pleasant experience. The customer service is rather responsive and patient. The cleaners were punctual and professional, the apartment is even cleaner than when I moved in.

I booked an end of tenancy clean quite last min they were able to do a Sunday which works perfectly for me and was the most reasonable price as well! The girls did a great job would 100% recommend to everyone.
