My experience with the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course was incredibly valuable. The course, led by our excellent instructor Sneha, gave me a solid grasp of the Scrum framework, emphasizing practical application through interactive sessions. Sneha’s expertise and engaging teaching style made complex concepts easy to understand. I particularly appreciated the focus on effective team collaboration and communication. While there were challenges, especially in mastering servant leadership, these helped me grow as a Scrum Master. Overall, the course has equipped me with the skills to lead Agile teams confidently.

Sneha- She has very well presented examples with the topics discussed in the examples which helped me to connect those examples with Agile & Scrum concepts.

Sneha correlates her own anecdotes to explain the class about the concepts. She does good quizzes. I personally want a little fast paced and bullet pointed gist to cover the concepts. Otherwise she is good.

Sneha explains every concepts with examples which helps to clear and understand concepts correctly.
She is not allowing any questions to be unanswered
