Ordered Mares flippers on August 24th and they were delivered from Germany (??) on the 25th and were available for pick up at the post office in Stockholm, Sweden, on the 27th. Right size and great fit, so everything was great.

After a horrible experience with TradeInn/DiveInn, I was left trying to sort out prescription lenses for an upcoming holiday. I got onto Scubaonline who were absolutely wonderful in answering my questions about their products quickly and knowledgeably. I placed my order, and the items came in perfect condition. Very satisfied with the experience and know where to point others in the future!

Great prices and customer service. They were able to answer some simple questions that other sites couldn't. In my case it was being 100% sure the Aqualung transmitter I ordered matched my computer and the prescription lenses matched the mask I purchased. Order was sent out straight away and got it 4 business days later to Ireland. Totally recommended 🤘

Fantastic diving website ... I ordered from here many times. I had a complete regulator set built and was all done perfectly to my requirements. However, since Brexit they are no longer able to deliver to the UK . Such a shame and hope they will find a way to deliver to us again

I have been in the scuba business for over 15 years now and I just found Scubaonline. and I can't remember a time that I found a better price or selection. Scubaonline has great customer service, fast shipping, and the best pricing on the market. I will be recommending them to my friends!

So far I would have given 5-stars, but...
I needed a small part for a trip, paid for delivery by packet (usually received within 2-3 days), but they it by mail and delivery to more then a week.
It arrived to late so I returned, but for returns they offer no services at all, NO simple return function, NO possibility to buy shipping cheap and NO mails/info at all. One of my worst experiences so far shopping on the web.

I was so happy to receive my diving stuff (ordered from Sweden) fast, without hidden delivery costs and traceable. Very satisfied and will use again!

In last 3-4 years we bought 4 times form them, and bought quite a lot. All deliveries were fast and trackable. Delivered items was in perfect condition, except once one regulator had factory defect, but Scubaonline.de without delay and complain send paid return label and replacement item. One of best services and they work fast. I would recommend them to friends and most probably we will buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. Package had been damaged in transit and returned to sender. Company had already emailed me with order options before I checked the tracking and realised it had been returned.

Orderd my sea dragon 2500 and it was delayed by DHL, scuba online send me an new one immediately without problems. Received all good, Very friendly salesman and very helpfull. I will buy more in this store, they also have the best prices!

Plus excellent service. Ordered a dive computer and additional bungee adaptor and they called to ask if I was aware that Suunto had started to enclose the bungee adaptor with their computers. I was not so they cancelled the additional bungee.

I changed my mind about an order, and wanted a different unit - within fifteen minutes of sending the email, customer service had got back to me about changing - changed it - invoiced me for the difference in cost - and got it ready for shipping!

That is an amazing turnaround time, and so far I am exceedingly happy with the service! I might have just found a new supplier for my dive equipment!

Absolutely brilliant, placed an order for mares computer and some boots, order arrived 4 days later (quicker than normal to north scotland from europe). Computer had a slight display issue (Mares fault not theirs) and boots I'd ordered the wrong size, told them about both issues and they immediately gave me a fully paid return for both (I expected to have to pay for the boots to be returned as this was my fault). Both items were exchanged and again only had to wait 4 working days for new items. Cant fault their prices or their service - awesome, thank you!
