I have to be honest, I do have some doubts about the overall durability of Harrison bathroom products. They look fantastic for the price, but I've experienced several issues with different fittings over time.

That said, their customer service is truly outstanding. Every time I've had a problem, they've resolved it and sent replacements free of charge without any hassle.

In the end, great service really shows when things go wrong, not when everything is perfect. Because of that, I'd still give them 5 stars.

Do not buy from this company. They sent the wrong item,no apology said the replacement would be 3-5 days then agreed to next day which was a lie now there’s no tracking and they alluded to me paying for the return of the incorrect item they sent. Very very poor customer service

Majib has also been brilliant on the sales side. He’s knowledgeable, proactive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we get the right products at the right time. His communication is spot on, and he’s a pleasure to deal with.

Honestly, Eva at Scudo is an absolute gem. Always friendly, always helpful, and actually gets things sorted without any messing about — which is rare these days!

Needing to source some spare parts, not only was the process very simple but when the delivery company damaged some, the customer service in replacing it has been excellent! Good communication and dealt with the issue.

Customer had a shower valve in 2019 that went faulty, Scudo took the information & have sent out a replacement cartridge on the same day.

I had a problem with a scudo bath and contacted customer support. Jess was a great help in dealing with my problem and made the entire process hassle free. Jess was knowledgeable, professional and had a genuine interest in customer care and helped me resolve my issue.
