SD Assist is NO assist when you need it!
I have been with this company since 2019 for breakdown full cover Europe and Turkey. And I brought so many friends as customer to this so called SD ASSIST who joined on my recommendation from the UK. In Summer 2024 , My car rear left tyre was punctured in Belgium. I called SD Assist for help they did not turn up giving many excuses they can find. I used my friend's car spare tyre but it did not last in Germany. I called SD Assist again in Germany. As usual, they did not turn up again. I had to re-inflate that spare tyre repeatedly until I arrived in Turkey. In Bolu a town in Turkey, spare tyre completely died on me, I once again with last hope I called SD Assist. But no avail as usual. SD Assist with false claims is trying to get attention of Turkish people living in Europe and the UK. I advised my close friends not to use this scam company as I told them my nightmare journey by car to Turkey in summer 2024.
